摘要: The present invention belongs to the technical field of health monitoring for civil structures, and a performance alarming method for bridge expansion joints based on temperature displacement relationship model is proposed. First, the canonically correlated temperature is proposed to maximize the correlation between bridge temperature field and expansion joint displacement; second, a temperature displacement relationship model for bridge expansion joints is established based on canonically correlated temperatures; then, a mean-value control chart is constructed to the error of temperature displacement relationship model; finally, reasonable control limits are determined for the mean-value control chart. A more accurate temperature displacement relationship model can be established based on canonically correlated temperatures, which is of important value to improve the performance alarming ability for expansion joint.

摘要: The present invention relates to a expansion joint to bridge an expansion gap between two parts of concrete slabs used in floor construction, especially in the manufacture of concrete floors such as for example in industrial floors. Such expansion joints are evidently required to take up the inevitable shrinkage process of the concrete and to assure that the floor elements can expand or contract such as for example occur by temperature fluctuations and resulting in a horizontal displacement of the floor panels vis-à-vis one another.

摘要: A roadway joint device for providing a drivable joint section between a road and an adjoining structure, particularly a bridge structure, includes at least one joint element placed on a sliding surface adjacent to the bridge structure. A longitudinal axis of the joint element is arranged substantially parallel to a plane of the roadway and a bridge end section of the bridge structure. Joint gaps with a specified gap width are arranged between the joint element and the adjoining bridge end section and/or an adjoining retaining device arranged at a distance to the bridge end section. The joint element is attached to at least one rod, the rod being arranged substantially in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the bridge structure, anchored at one rod end in the bridge structure and another rod end thereof in the retaining device.

摘要: In a bridge expansion joint, a pair of lower plates is disposed between one bridge deck section and the other bridge deck section with leaving a predetermined interval. An upper plate is respectively disposed on an upper surface of the lower plate, in which the width of the upper plate in the horizontal direction is smaller than that of the lower plate. A load supporting means is disposed on the upper surface of the upper plate. The load supporting means comprises a pair of link members or a pair of finger members. A reinforced plate is disposed between the load supporting means and the lower plate, in which an inclined plane is respectively provided at both sides of the reinforced plate so that the reinforced plate has a narrow top and wide bottom-shaped section.

摘要: An expansion joint seal includes a central portion having at least one central chamber disposed around a centerline, a first flange portion extending outwardly from the centerline and a second flange portion extending outwardly from the centerline in a direction opposite the first flange portion. When installed on the structure, the first flange portion is attachable to a first substrate of the structure and the second flange portion is attachable to a second substrate of the structure such that the central portion is disposed within and seals a gap formed between the first substrate and the second substrate of the structure. Movement of one or both of the first substrate and the second substrate causes a response in the central portion to maintain the seal.

摘要: A free movement, arris protection, construction joint has a pair of arris protection members formed complementarily from strips of sheet with a continuous trapezium wave form. A divider one of the members is typically 100 mm deep for a nominal 0.1 m deep slab. The other one is typically 50 mm deep. The members are of steel plate.The wave form is comprised of flanges extending in the length of the joint and of webs angled to the flanges and the length of the joint. The flanges are spaced on opposite sides of a mid-plane of the joint. The members are bolted together with flangible nylon bolts, with their top (in use) edges flush. Welded to the outer ones of the flanges are L strips having apertures in their flats extending from the flanges for anchoring the joint to its slabs.

摘要: An epoxy mortar material for a bridge expansion joint structure and a construction method thereof are provided. The epoxy mortar material includes a liquid A, a liquid B and a filler, wherein diamines D2000 and D230 are mixed to act as the epoxy resin curing agent. The curing agent has low viscosity, good compatibility with epoxy resin, long usable life, high bonding strength, and good flexible and heat shock resistance, so that it is suitable for the epoxy mortar material capable of absorbing the stress. Furthermore, the silicone adhesive is made into the sealing waterstop band, so that the present invention has good water resistant performance; the color of the expansion joint structure is the same as that of the adjacent concrete or asphalt, so that the bridge has beautiful appearance; the expansion joint structure has no tremors while vehicles passing through, noise generated by vehicle driving is lower.

摘要: An earthquake-resistant flat expansion joint using a hinge is provided which includes an expansion joint main body disposed between opposite ends of deck slabs of a bridge or an elevated road, hinged to one side of the deck slab at its one end to enable behavior in X, Y and Z-axis directions, and expanded or shrunk depending on temperature variation and vibrations due to earthquakes to be moved in the X, Y and Z-axis directions, an expansion/shrinkage member connected to one end of the expansion joint main body to accommodate the behavior in X, Y and Z-axis directions due to expansion and shrinkage of the expansion joint main body caused by temperature variation and occurrence of the earthquakes, a hinge shaft support member installed at one end of the deck slab to support a lower part and side parts of a hinge shaft part of the expansion joint main body, an expansion joint support member installed at one end of the other deck slab to support lower parts of an expansion part of the expansion joint main body and the expansion/shrinkage member, anchor bolts for fixing the hinge shaft support member and the expansion joint support member to the opposite deck slabs, and a rubber seal disposed under the expansion joint main body and detachably installed at a space between both opposite ends of the deck slabs to collect rainwater and foreign substances.
