Abstract: An agricultural vehicle is operable in a first state for transport and in a second state for field work and includes a frame supported by a plurality of tires. A processor is operable to receive a signal generated as a result of the agricultural vehicle transitioning from the first state to the second state or from the second state to the first state. A gas system is operable to modify the tire pressure of the plurality of tires of the agricultural vehicle in response to the signal.

Abstract: An embodiment includes a combine having a feeder housing for receiving harvested crop, a separating system for threshing the harvested crop to separate grain from residue, a grain bin for storing the separated grain, a bin level sensor for detecting grain in the grain bin; and a controller that controls the combine. The controller is configured to generate a usable operating range by discarding a selected range of values from an operating range of the bin level sensor, generate a shifted operating range by shifting the usable operating range by a shift value, receive a first value indicating a level of grain in the grain bin, generate a second value by shifting the first value by the shift value, and present the second value to an operator of the combine.

Abstract: One embodiment provides a method, including: receiving data indicating an object sensor associated with an object is within communication range of a vehicle sensor associated with a vehicle; determining, using a distance calculation algorithm, a distance between the object sensor and the vehicle sensor; identifying a zone, from a plurality of zones that are based upon distances from the vehicle sensor, associated with the determined distance between the object sensor and the vehicle sensor; and providing, based upon the identified zone, an output comprising an indication of the identified zone corresponding to a location of the object sensor. Abstract: An energy regeneration device which can regenerate energy of a working fluid discharged from an actuator while controlling a flow rate of the working fluid, and a work machine including the device. The regeneration device includes a boom cylinder, an inertial fluid container, an oil tank, an accumulator, a low-pressure-side opening/closing device, and a high-pressure-side opening/closing device. A calculation unit calculates an opening area of each of the low-pressure-side opening/closing device and the high-pressure-side opening/closing device in accordance with a desired flow rate of a hydraulic fluid discharged from the boom cylinder. A regeneration control unit adjusts an opening area of each of the low-pressure-side opening/closing device and the high-pressure-side opening/closing device, and selects alternately the low-pressure-side opening/closing device and the high-pressure-side opening/closing device as a destination with which the inertial fluid container communicates, to supply a discharged hydraulic fluid to an accumulator.

Abstract: A system for monitoring lubrication of a drive train, including a lubricant pressure sensor to detect a pressure of the lubricant in the drive train and to provide a lubricant pressure signal; lubricant volume sensor to detect a volume of the lubricant in the drive train and to provide a lubricant volume signal; non-contact temperature sensor to detect a temperature of the drive train and to provide a non-contact temperature signal; and logic management system in communication with the lubricant pressure sensor, the lubricant volume sensor, and the non-contact temperature sensor; the logic management system configured to receive and process the lubricant pressure signal, the lubricant volume signal, and the non-contact temperature signal; wherein when the lubricant pressure signal reaches a predetermined minimum pressure level and the lubricant volume signal reaches a predetermined minimum volume level, the logic management system displays non-contact temperature measurement data to a display device.

Abstract: A system and method for preventing a run-away state of an industrial machine. Joints of the industrial machine are monitored in order to determine if the industrial machine is in danger of entering a run-away state. If a joint parameter exceeds a threshold value, which is indicative of the potential to enter a run-away state, then a force or torque limit is increased so that the industrial machine has additional force or torque to slow down the industrial machine when decelerating. This additional torque prevents the industrial machine from entering the run-away state.
