摘要: An electronic device may include electrical components and other components mounted within a housing. The device may have a display on a front face of the device and may have a glass layer that forms part of the housing on a rear face of the device. The glass layer and other glass structures in the electronic device may be provided with coatings. An interior coating on a glass layer may include multiple layers of material such as an adhesion promotion layer, thin-film layers of materials such as silicon, niobium oxide and other metal oxides, and metals to help adjust the appearance of the coating. A metal layer may be formed on top of the coating to serve as an environmental protection layer and opacity enhancement layer. In some configurations, the coating may include four layers.

摘要: An electromagnetic wave absorber includes an electromagnetic wave-absorbing layer (10) and an adhesive layer (20). The adhesive layer (20) is disposed on at least one surface of the electromagnetic wave-absorbing layer (10). The electromagnetic wave absorber is capable of being adhered to a surface having a step in such a manner that the adhesive layer (20) is in contact with the surface. The adhesive layer (20) has a thickness equal to or greater than a reference height determined by subtracting 0.1 mm from the height of the step. In the electromagnetic wave absorber, a return loss ΔR defined by ΔR=Rt−Rr is 15 dB or more. Rt is a reflection amount of a 76-GHz electromagnetic wave and is measured for a reference specimen. Rr is a reflection amount of a 76-GHz electromagnetic wave and is measured for a specimen obtained by adhering the electromagnetic wave absorber.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method to manufacture a keycap for keys of a keyboard, including: providing a top fabric layer and a molding film disposed beneath the top fabric layer; molding the molding film and the top fabric layer to form a film structure having an inner surface; and providing a keycap body having an upper surface, wherein the outline of the upper surface matches with that of the inner surface to form the keycap. In the present invention, the keycap is formed using the film structure and the keycap body by plastic injection or adhesion agent, the keycap is further manufactured as keys, and a symbol is engraved on the upper surface of the film structure by laser. Because the backlit device's light transmits through the keycap, users can recognize the symbols on the keys.

摘要: A carbon fiber-reinforced resin molded body of the present invention derives from kneaded materials of a thermoplastic resin and a carbon fiber and includes at least a three-dimensional complex shaped region and a substantially flat plate-shaped region arranged in a profile direction. Fluidity of the kneaded materials at predetermined temperature is such that fluidity of the kneaded material forming the substantially flat plate-shaped region is lower than fluidity of the kneaded material forming the three-dimensional complex shaped region, which makes it unlikely to cause defects in ribs, posses, and other portions. Thus, a carbon fiber-reinforced resin molded body with low cost and high strength can be provided.
