摘要: An installation device for installing a branch liner in a branch point of a pipeline is disclosed. The device has a body with an inlet defined therein for fluids and a turning knob is rotatable relative to the body. The turning knob is attached to a first shaft and the opposite end of the first shaft is attached to a first barrel. The device further comprises a second barrel and a second shaft attached between said barrels. The device further comprises a duct extending between the body and the first barrel forming a passage for fluids from the inlet of the body to an area between said first barrel and said second barrel.

摘要: A method and apparatus for repairing a pipe system including a main pipe extending between a first and second manhole and one or more lateral pipes extending from the main pipe is provided. Aspects of the invention include the use of a main liner member having a plurality of lateral liner tubes in fluid connection and extending from the main liner member. The main liner member is used to line a main pipe, while the multiple lateral liner tubes extend into separate lateral pipes extending in various orientations from the main pipe. This method and apparatus provides for a single assembly to be able to line multiple pipes, which reduces time and cost for pipe repair.

摘要: A method and apparatus for rehabilitating or repairing waste water system components or the like comprising a spray-applied, multi-layer liner which seals the components and imparts structural integrity. The liner comprises a first moisture barrier layer, a foam layer and a second moisture barrier layer. A primer may be applied where desired. Typically, the first and second moisture barrier layers are made of the same material for forming a skin on both sides of the foam layer. The combination of the foam layer and the two moisture barrier layers imparts structural strength and rigidity to the cured liner.

摘要: The invention relates to a device for rehabilitating pipelines, having a support structure (10) to which functional units of the device can be fastened, wherein the support structure (10) has at least two support structure elements (12, 16, 19) which reconnected to one another via at least one buckling mechanism (20). By means of the buckling mechanism (20), at least one support structure element (12, 16, 19) can be placed into a buckled position. Furthermore, an actuating device (30) is provided which is designed such that the buckling mechanism (20) can be placed into a buckling enable position and a buckling blocking position by means of the actuating device (30).

摘要: The present invention is an improved method and assembly for repairing a pipe or the junction of two pipes, such as sewer pipes. The assembly includes a launcher device having a launcher device body, a launcher device opening disposed on the launcher device body, and a main bladder substantially surrounding the launcher device body. The main bladder includes an opening that substantially aligns with the launcher device opening. The assembly further includes an absorbent liner and a lateral bladder having a tubular lateral bladder body portion and a flange portion. The flange portion of the lateral bladder is attached to the exterior of the launcher device body. A method of using the assembly includes impregnating the liner with resinous material; inserting at least a portion of the liner into the lateral bladder; inflating the bladders; pressing the liner against the pipe; and allowing the resinous material to cure and harden.

摘要: A pipe joint structure provided with: a heel section configured so that a spigot formed on the end section of a pipe is inserted via a seal member into a socket formed in the end section of another pipe and seal member is fitted to a recessed section formed on the inner circumferential section of the socket; and a valve section compressed between the inner circumferential surface of the socket and the outer circumferential surface of the spigot. Additionally, a marker member is provided to the heel section that is accommodated in the recessed section. The socket circumference section of the pipe joint structure is subjected to non-contact inspection by a marker detection device from the spigot-side pipe along the axial direction of the pipe and the quality of the joining state of the pipe joint structure is determined on the basis of whether the marker member is detected.

摘要: A method of in-situ pipeline replacement in which valves, fittings, and other obstructions are removed from an existing pipeline, a heat-fusible polymer pipeline having an initially deformed configuration less than the existing pipeline diameter is inserted into the remaining portions of the existing pipeline and reformed to substantially conform to the inside diameter of the existing pipeline, heat-fusible fittings are provided to replace removed portions of the existing pipeline and heat-fused to the polymer liner, and transition fittings provided to operably connect the replacement pipeline to those portions of the existing pipeline not within the replacement scope. The completed replacement polymer pipeline creates an operable wetted pressure boundary within the bounds of the replaced existing pipeline.
