摘要: A rotating electrical machine includes a rotor and a magnet unit. The rotating electrical machine also includes a cylindrical stator and a housing. The stator is equipped with a stator winding made up of a plurality of phase windings. The stator is arranged coaxially with the rotor and faces the rotor. The housing has the rotor and the stator disposed therein. The rotor includes a cylindrical magnet retainer to which the magnet unit is secured and an intermediate portion which connects between a rotating shaft of the rotor and the magnet retainer and extends in a radial direction of the rotating shaft. A first region located radially inside an inner peripheral surface of a magnetic circuit component made up of the stator and the rotor is greater in volume than a second region between the inner peripheral surface of the magnetic circuit component and the housing in the radial direction.

摘要: A field element includes magnetic poles having polarities alternate in a circumferential direction. A multi-phase armature winding includes a phase winding including winding segments for each phase. An armature is tooth-less and includes a cylindrical armature core. The winding segment includes a pair of intermediate conductor portions at a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction and link portions connecting the intermediate conductor portions in an annular shape. The intermediate conductor portions and the link portion include multi-wound conductive wire members. The intermediate conductor portions are disposed side by side along a curved surface on a peripheral surface of the armature core. The intermediate conductor portion has a rectangular transverse section. A dimension between the end surface of the intermediate conductor portion on the armature core side and the armature core in the radial direction differ in the circumferential direction.

摘要: A coil assembly includes coil units connected to a coil base. Each coil unit includes top, intermediate and bottom coil modules, each of which has spaced-apart first and second interaction sides, and two non-interaction sides connected to the first and second interaction sides to form an accommodating space. The first coils and the second coils overlap with a phase difference. The non-overlapping coil winding assembly includes a plurality of third coils arranged annularly. The third coils are each located between an adjacent one of the first coils and an adjacent one of the second coils. Thus, the back electromotive force constant and torque constant of the motor have a better performance.

摘要: The present invention discloses a ducted double-magnetic-circuit coreless motor special for electric aircraft, which is an open special motor with a hollow structure according to the technical invention and includes a housing, a main shaft, a coreless stator winding, an inner rotor structure and an outer rotor structure. The main shaft is arranged in the middle of the housing; the inner rotor structure is connected with the main shaft; the outer rotor structure is connected with the inner rotor structure; and the coreless stator winding is arranged between the inner rotor structure and the outer rotor structure. The coreless stator winding can generate an electromagnetic torque when current is applied; and the inner rotor structure and the outer rotor structure can fully induce the electromagnetic torque of the coreless stator winding and rotate about the main shaft simultaneously, thereby directly driving the electric aircraft to fly.

摘要: Disclosed a rare-earth permanent-magnetic axial coreless generator with double magnetic circuits, including a main shaft, a coreless stator winding, an inner rotor structure connected with the main shaft and an outer rotor structure. The outer rotor structure and the inner rotor structure are spaced apart by the coreless stator winding and are connected with the main shaft; the coreless stator winding is arranged between the inner rotor structure and the outer rotor structure, to establish a generator structure with two magnetic field air gaps; when the main shaft drives the outer rotor structure and the inner rotor structure to rotate simultaneously under the action of an external force, a rotating magnetic field with double magnetic circuits is generated in the generator; and the coreless stator winding can simultaneously cut magnetic lines of the rotating magnetic field with double magnetic circuits by using contact surfaces inside and outside the winding.
