    摘要: A rotating electric machine includes an armature that has an armature winding of multiple phases. The armature winding is configured by a conductor being wound. The conductor is configured by a plurality of wires being covered by an insulation coating in a state in which the plurality of wires are bundled. Each of the plurality of wires includes a conductor body configured to permit flow of a current, and a fusion layer that covers a surface of the conductor body. The fusion layer is configured to be thinner than the insulation coating. In the state in which the plurality of wires are bundled, fusion layers of the plurality of wires are fused and in contact with one another.

    摘要: In a rotating electric machine, a cylindrical portion is provided on a radially inner side of a stator core. An opposing plate portion extends toward a radially outer side from the cylindrical portion. In a rotor, a magnet portion is fixed on an inner circumferential surface, a circular cylindrical portion is provided on the radially outer side of a stator winding, and a connecting portion extends toward the radially inner side. At least respective portions that oppose the magnet portion in the axial direction of the stator core, the circular cylindrical portion, and the connecting portion contain a magnetic material. A shield portion is provided in a portion that opposes the magnet portion in the axial direction of the opposing plate portion or on an end on the opposing plate portion side in the axial direction of the magnet portion. The shield portion contains a magnetic material.

    摘要: A rotating electrical machine includes a magnetic field-producing unit, an armature with a multi-phase armature winding, and a rotor. The magnetic field-producing unit includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is located closer to a d-axis in a d-q axis coordinate system than the second position is. The second position is located closer to a q-axis in the d-q axis coordinate system than the first position is. The magnetic field-producing unit is magnetically oriented to meet a condition where an angle which an easy axis of magnetization of the first portion makes with the d-axis is smaller than an angle which an easy axis of magnetization of the second portion makes with the q-axis. The magnetic field-producing unit is configured to have an intrinsic coercive force of 400 kA/m and also have a remanent flux density of 1.0 T or more.

    摘要: A rotating electrical machine is equipped with a rotor and a stator. The rotor includes a magnet unit and a rotor core retaining the magnet unit. The rotor core is made of a stack of annular core plates and an annular end plate mounted on an end of the stack of the core plates. The end plate has a deformable wave shape. The stack of the core plates and the end plate has formed therein through-holes extending through a length thereof. Bar-shaped fastening members, such as rivets, which have flanges on ends thereof are inserted into the through-holes with the flanges pressing the end plate to elastically deform the wave shape of the end plate, thereby tightly gripping the stack of the core plates in the lengthwise direction. This minimizes concentration of stress on the core plates to eliminate a risk of damage or breakage of the rotor.

    摘要: A rotating electrical machine is provided which is equipped with a rotor core and a magnet unit made up of a plurality of magnets. Each of the magnets is oriented to have an easy axis of magnetization which extends more parallel to a d-axis in a region closer to the d-axis than that in a region close to a q-axis does. The easy axis of magnetization defines a magnet-produced magnetic path. The rotor core includes d-axis protrusions through which magnetic flux passes along the d-axis and does not have q-axis protrusions through which magnetic flux passes along the q-axis. This causes a magnetic resistance in the region close to the d-axis to be lower than that in the region closer to the q-axis, thereby providing salient poles. This structure enables the rotating electrical machine to be reduced in size and have an enhanced efficiency in operation.

    摘要: A rotary electrical machine including an annular stator having a stator core around which an armature winding is wound, and a rotor arranged on an inner circumference of the stator, a permeance of a q-axis magnetic circuit is made larger than a permeance of a d-axis magnetic circuit. The machine includes a switch for supplying power to a field winding and controller. The controller calculates the duty ratio on the condition that an upper limit of the duty ratio of the switch is a predetermined value and turns on/off the switch based on the calculated ratio. The predetermined value is set to a value larger than the duty ratio corresponding to the field current that gives the maximum reduction amount of the inductance of the field winding with respect to an increasing amount of the field current in a range that the current can take and is less than 100%.
