摘要: Provided are a slim-type stator using a multilayer printed circuit board (PCB) in which a coil pattern is patterned on an uppermost PCB layer and a sensing coil pattern for detecting a rotor rotation position is integrally formed in a margin of the uppermost PCB layer, to thereby realize sensorless driving simply, and a sensorless single-phase motor using the slim-type stator, and a cooling fan using the sensorless single-phase motor. The slim-type stator includes: a multilayer PCB; a coil pattern patterned on respective PCB layers of the multilayer PCB and connected through throughholes; and a sensing coil pattern formed on an uppermost PCB layer to detect a rotor rotation position, wherein the sensing coil pattern is positioned and set at a position deviated from a magnetic pole interface of a rotor that is positioned and set by a dead point prevention yoke when the rotor is in an initial state.

摘要: A motor may include a motor main body having a turning shaft and a motor case; a magnet that turns together with the turning shaft; a magnetism sensing element that faces the magnet; a circuit board on which the magnetism sensing element is mounted, the circuit board having a signal ground that is connected to a ground terminal of the magnetism sensing element; a circuit board holder that covers the circuit board from a side of the magnet; and a first shield member that covers the circuit board from a side opposite to the magnet. The first shield member and the circuit board holder are each made of an electrically-conductive material, and electrically connected to the signal ground.

摘要: One end of each of phase conductors wound around a stator core in a wave winding arrangement is connected to a positive electrode terminal of a DC power supply through a first positive electrode side switch and is connected to a negative electrode terminal of the DC power supply through a second negative electrode side switch. The other end of the phase conductor is connected to the negative electrode terminal of the DC power supply through a first negative electrode side switch and is connected to the positive electrode terminal of the DC power supply through a second positive electrode side switch. The first positive electrode side switch, the second negative electrode side switch, the first negative electrode side switch, and the second positive electrode side switch are controlled by a controller, whereby amplitude and phase of current passing through each of the phase conductors are individually controlled.

摘要: A rotor includes a first rotor core, a second rotor core, a permanent magnet and a resin layer. The first rotor core includes a first core base and first claw-shaped magnetic poles arranged at equal intervals on a peripheral portion of the first core base. The second rotor core includes a second core base and second claw-shaped magnetic poles arranged at equal intervals on a peripheral portion of the second core base. The first rotor core and the second rotor core are combined with each other so that the first and second core bases are opposed to each other and the first and second claw-shaped magnetic poles are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction of the rotor. The permanent magnet includes at least a main field magnet. The main field magnet is located between the first and second core bases in the axial direction, and is magnetized in the axial direction. The main field magnet causes the first claw-shaped magnetic poles to function as first magnetic poles, and causes the second claw-shaped magnetic poles to function as second magnetic poles. The resin layer covers at least a portion of a surface of the permanent magnet.

摘要: A wind-driven electricity generation device includes a stator assembly and a rotor assembly. The stator assembly includes a case and a magnetically permeable module disposed on the case. The rotor assembly is rotatably arranged in the case and includes a rotating member and a magnetic module disposed on the rotating member. The rotating member has a column and a spiral blade. A gap is formed between the spiral blade and the case. The spiral blade is connected to the column at a helix angle of 21˜55 degrees. The spiral blade is configured to rotate the rotor assembly with respect to the stator assembly by utilizing wind, such that an induced current is generated by the cooperation of the magnetically permeable module and the magnetic module.

摘要: The invention relates to a device for providing a motor that delivers a larger amount of produced energy than the amount required for the operation thereof, eliminating the need for a primary energy supply. The device consists of electromagnets produced with coils of incomplete turns arranged in a stator and permanent magnets arranged in a rotor. When an electric current is applied to the coils of incomplete turns, a force is generated in the magnets, causing the rotor to rotate and generate mechanical energy. The coils of incomplete turns are characterized in that, when the rotor rotates, they allow the magnets of the rotor to pass continuously through said coils.

A universal camera tripod head adapter is also provided and includes front and rear clamps, a clamp handle, side and rear brackets and a silicone rubber sleeve affixed to the shaft of each encoder that rides on the pan and tilt axis lips of a camera tripod head.

摘要: Certain aspects relate to topologies for an interior permanent magnet (IPM) electrical machine having increased saliency torque, increased flux-linkage, reduced magnet leakage flux, and reduced detrimental slotting effects compared to existing IPM electrical machines. The IPM electrical machine includes a rotor having a number of poles and a flux barrier formed along the edge of the rotor between poles. The flux barrier contains a magnet or set of magnets having a varying thickness, with a central thickest portion located along the d-axis of the rotor. A magnet retention structure, which may be formed integrally with the rotor or provided as a separate structure, surrounds the rotor and magnets. The rotor and magnets combine to form a smooth circular profile having no air gaps.
