The driving assist method and a driving assist device continuously performs downshifting until an upshift occurs, when the transmission ratio of the continuously variable transmission is controlled so that the engine rotational speed increases in conjunction with an increase in a vehicle speed and the upshift will be performed after the vehicle has accelerated.

    摘要: A structure of vehicle electric equipment including a restriction member restricting removal of a bolt for fixing a cover. The restriction member includes first and second portions. The first portion is disposed at a position overlapping with at least a part of a distal end of a connector of an electric cable when seen from an attachment/detachment direction and between the distal end and a portion of the housing opposed to the distal end in the attachment/detachment direction. The second portion is positioned on an axial extension of the bolt fixing the cover. Sum of a gap between the bolt fixing the cover and the second portion and a distance in the attachment/detachment direction between the distal end of the connector in a complete fitting state and the first portion is smaller than a length from an opening of the screw hole to a tip of the bolt.

    摘要: A parking control method calculates a first control instruction and causing a control device of a vehicle to execute the first control instruction on the basis of an operation command acquired from an operator. The first control instruction is for moving the vehicle along a first route to a target parking space. The parking control method includes: when detecting an object after start of execution of the first control instruction, presenting the operator with selection information for selecting a first mode in which the execution of the first control instruction is continued or a second mode in which the control device of the vehicle is caused to execute an alternative control instruction for moving the vehicle along an alternative route different from the first route; and causing the control device to execute the first control instruction or the alternative control instruction in accordance with selection input information from the operator.

The method includes detecting an input position at which a touch operation is performed by an operator on a touch panel of a remote operation device and making a gesture determination area variable in accordance with the input position. The gesture determination area is an area in which a gesture for remotely controlling the vehicle is received. The method further includes detecting the gesture from the gesture determination area and determining whether or not the detected gesture is a command gesture that is preliminarily set. When the gesture is the command gesture, the vehicle is controlled to execute the autonomous travel control.
