    Abstract: A method and device for performing interference control are provided. The method includes: network side device determines traffic load parameter value of each cell and the measurement parameter between the base stations which random two cells belongs to; For the two cells, the network side device determines an interference control threshold according to the traffic load parameter value of the two cells, and compares the determined the measurement parameter with the interference control threshold, and performs cluster partition according to the comparing result. The network side device performs interference control according to the partitioned cluster. Because the factor of cell traffic load is considered in performing TDD cross link interference control, thus the cross link interference in TDD networking is reduced.

A control node performs relay terminal reselection judgement for a source terminal according to a reselection triggering condition of a relay terminal, and if deciding to perform relay terminal reselection, the control node determines a candidate relay terminal list for the source terminal and determines a destination a destination relay terminal for the source terminal from the candidate relay terminal list according to auxiliary information, wherein the control node is the source terminal or a source relay terminal, such that when in the moving process of the source terminal, a target node and the source relay terminal, the source relay terminal is no longer suitable to be used as a relay terminal, the source terminal or the source relay terminal can reselect a relay terminal for the source terminal.

    Abstract: A method and device for determining an ACK/NACK feedback bit number, used when carriers having different time division duplex (TDD) uplink/downlink configurations are aggregated for a user equipment or the aggregated carriers includes at least one FDD carrier and at least one TDD carrier, and when the user equipment conducts ACK/NACK feedback on a physical uplink sharing channel (PUSCH) having a corresponding physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), the PDCCH containing a downlink assignment index (DAI) domain. The method comprises: determining whether the carriers grouped by the user equipment contain a first type carrier; if yes, then determining (I) of each carrier c according to a parameter indicating the number of ACK/NACK feedback subframes; if no, then acquiring (II) and the Mc of each carrier c, and selecting the minimum value from (II) and the Mc as the (I) of each carrier c; according to the number of the downlink subframes in each carrier c in need of conducting ACK/NACK feedback on the current uplink subframe, determining the ACK/NACK feedback bit number that the current uplink subframe needs to feed back. The present invention ensures normal operation of a system based on the application scenario.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and device for re-initiating EPS session management procedure. The application of technical solution proposed through embodiment of this invention can enable PGW to determine whether handover operation on MME side is completed through timing by timer and/or instruction message on MME side; if it is completed, re-initiate session management process of corresponding EPS system, thus enabling PGW to timely re-initiate EPS session management procedure, reducing the time for unnecessary waiting, and avoiding resource waste caused by repeated rejection of EPS session management procedure re-initiated when handover procedure is not completed, so as to improve reconnection efficiency of session management process of EPS system and reduce waste of communication resource.
