Abstract:
A shift control method for a vehicle having a double clutch transmission may include determining whether or not a speed change may be between transmission gears which may be allocated to a same input shaft, determining whether or not a gear of the input shaft may be released, when the gear of the input shaft may be released, engaging working parts of a clutch of the input shaft with each other in a range before synchronization of a final target transmission gear starts.
Abstract:
An organ type accelerator pedal apparatus may include a pedal housing having a lower mount fixed to a panel of a vehicle body located below a driver seat and an upper mount to which a pedal arm pivotally mounted, a pad pivotally mounted with respect to the pedal housing such that the pad is connected to the pedal arm via a carrier, and an articulated hinge fixedly coupled, at both ends thereof, between the pedal housing and the pad such that the articulated hinge is covered by the pedal housing and the pad so that the articulated hinge is not exposed to the outside.
Abstract:
A method of correcting a position error of an AMT (automated manual transmission) actuator may include a stuck determination operation of determining whether a stuck phenomenon occurs, the stuck phenomenon being a phenomenon in which a finger that may be being moved by operation of a shifting actuator in a direction in which gears engage with each other stops without reaching an end position, a section determination operation of, when the stuck phenomenon has occurred, determining whether a position at which the finger stops may be within a resetting determination section based on the end position, and a position resetting operation of, when the stuck phenomenon occurs within the resetting determination section, resetting a position at which the stuck phenomenon occurs as a new end position.
Abstract:
A method for controlling a creep torque of a motor-driven vehicle includes a gradient calculating step of calculating a gradient of a traveling road, and a time constant calculating step of calculating a time constant of a filter using the gradient, a preset basic creep torque, and a sliding speed limiting value. A variable controlling step substitutes the calculated time constant for the time constant of the filter, inputs the basic creep torque to the filter, and controls the motor using a torque value output from the filter as a demanded torque.
Abstract:
A method of estimating transmission torque of a dry clutch, may include a) slowly releasing a dry clutch until a slip of the dry clutch occurs, b) acquiring and storing stroke of an actuator and torque of an engine at a starting time point at which the slip of the dry clutch occurs at step a), and c) determining the stroke of the actuator and the transmission torque of the dry clutch at the starting time point at which the slip of the dry clutch occurs, by using the stroke of the actuator and the torque of the engine stored at step b).
Abstract:
A switch apparatus may include a switch body to which a connector of an electronic unit is connected and in which a relay board is provided, a conductive coupling section provided at a lower end of the switch body to be coupled to a vehicle body, and a conductive ground member having a base provided at a lower portion in an internal space of the switch body to be coupled to an upper end of the coupling section, and a clamping bar extending upwards from one side of the base to be coupled to a ground terminal provided at a lower end of the relay board.
Abstract:
A mounting apparatus for an external airbag cushion of a vehicle may include a seal side unit provided with a seal side panel that may be arranged on a lower side of a vehicle body and a seal side molding covering a part of the seal side panel that may be exposed to the outside of the vehicle body, and an external airbag module that may be provided inside the seal side unit and allows the external airbag cushion to be deployed outside the seal side molding when the external airbag cushion may be deployed.
Abstract:
A method of searching for a sync start in an automated manual transmission includes manual transmission mechanism operated using an actuator. This method can accurately search for a sync start that acts as an important reference for the control in a shift operation so that the sync start can be used for the control of the actuator, which improves shifting response and reduces the chance of a shifting impact occurring, thereby obtaining a high quality of shifting in a reliable fashion.
Abstract:
A friction device assembly structure for an automatic transmission includes a first friction device and an end play adjustment element. The first friction device includes a plurality of discs and a plurality of plates which are alternately arranged and configured such that a frictional force is created between the discs and the plates by the pressing force of a piston. The end play adjustment element is provided on an end of the first friction device to adjust an end play defined between the first friction device and the piston. The end play adjustment element is hollow such that an inner diameter thereof is greater than an outermost diameter of a second friction device which is provided inside the first friction device. Thereby, the end play adjustment element is able to be assembled without any interference from the second friction device.
Abstract:
A system for preventing inflow of exhaust gas for a vehicle, may include an inside/outside air door provided in an air conditioning device of the vehicle and controlling an amount of outside air introduced into an inside of the vehicle, an outside-air temperature sensor measuring a temperature of the outside air of the vehicle, a temperature control door disposed inside the air conditioning device of the vehicle and controlling a temperature of air discharged to the inside of the vehicle, and a control unit controlling the inside/outside air door to cause an amount of the outside air to be introduced to the inside when a vehicle speed may be equal to or larger than a predetermined speed, wherein the control unit controls the temperature control door to control the temperature of the air discharged to the inside when the temperature of the outside air deviates from a predetermined temperature range.
