Abstract: A toner composition for electrostatic charge development having high cleaning property and inhibiting wear of a photoreceptor, filming and deletion. The toner composition comprises toner particles and fluorine-containing cerium oxide fine particles added to the toner particles. The fluorine content of the fluorine-containing cerium oxide fine particles is from 0.1 to 10% by weight. The toner composition is used in an image forming process comprising the steps of (a) charging a latent image carrier, (b) forming an electrostatic latent image on the latent image carrier, (c) developing the electrostatic latent images with a developing agent to form a toner image, (d) transferring the resulting toner image to a receiving material, and (e) removing a toner remaining on the latent image carrier.

Abstract: A keyboard musical instrument selectively generates acoustic sounds and electronic sounds depending upon a mode selected by a player, and has a hammer stopper for interrupting hammers before strikes at strings and an escape accelerator for accelerating an escape of a jack from the hammer assembly in the silent mode earlier than an escape in the acoustic sound mode, thereby preventing the hammer assembly from capture between the jack and the hammer stopper without deterioration of the piano key touch.

C., as measured by a ring and ball method, a glass transition temperature of 55.degree. C. or more, a Gardner color scale of 2 or less and a haze value of 15 or less, and the fixing operation is conducted while supplying a functional group-containing organopolysiloxane having a viscosity of 10 to 100,000 cs at 25.degree. C. to a roll in contact with the toner image, whereby the full color toner image can be stably fixed without wrapping of the transfer medium around the roll and offset, and the fixed image having good image quality can be obtained: ##STR1## wherein R represents an ethylene group or a propylene group, each of x and y is an integer of 1 or more, and x+y is 2 to 6.

Abstract: A thermocouple assembly for a continuous casting mold. The assembly includes a hollow body one end of which has external pipe threads whereby the hollow body may be sealingly threaded into a threaded cavity provided in the outer surface area of the mold wall. The hollow body is sealed in the water jacket by means of a sleeve received over the hollow body. A seal is placed between the hollow body and the sleeve and a second seal is placed between the water jacket and the hollow body. A constantan thermocouple is received in the hollow body and is maintained in direct contact with the mold by either a compression spring or by being threaded into the mold.
