Abstract: Provided is a lock device for an opening/closing body, the device having a reduced number of parts and enabling a key cylinder to be removed with greater ease. The lock device comprises a lock part, a lock member which is operated via a manipulation member, a base member, and a key cylinder, wherein: the manipulation member comprises a cylinder housing part; the base member comprises a cylinder arrangement space in which the cylinder housing part is arranged, a wall part located at the tip side of the manipulation member, and an opening formed in the wall part; the key cylinder comprises a key plate; the key plate comprises a pressing surface; and the pressing surface is exposed inside the cylinder arrangement space and disposed further to the base end part side of the manipulation member than the edge part of the opening in the wall part.

Abstract: There is provided a lock device for an opening and closing body, including: a locking portion; a locking member; a case including a first case and a second case; a rotation body; and a biasing means. A cut-out is provided, and a retaining portion is provided, the retaining portion including a protruding portion and being configured to retain the rotation body relative to the first case. A first engaging surface and a second engaging surface are configured to engage with each other to form a temporary locking portion for temporarily locking the rotation body. A cam means and a stopper are provided between the second case and the rotation body, the stopper being configured to engage with the rotation body so as to hold the rotation body with the first engagement surface and the second engaging surface disengaged from each other.

Abstract: There is provided a valve device, including: a housing; a float valve; and a seal member. An opening portion includes a first region, and a second region. The seal member includes a first cover portion, and a second cover portion. The second cover portion includes a support portion, a wide portion, and a narrow portion. In a state where the seal member is retained and supported by the support portion with respect to the float valve, a width of the wide portion is set such that a tip end of the second region is covered, and that the second region of the opening portion is not exposed out of the seal member even in a state where the seal member is maximally displaced in a radial direction and; or a peripheral direction of the housing with respect to the opening portion.

Abstract: There is provided a valve device including: a housing; a float valve; and a pressure adjusting valve. A first valve seat is formed from a peripheral edge of a valve hole. An accommodation portion is provided in a protruding manner from a surface of a partition wall. An inner periphery of the accommodation portion is provided with a reduced diameter portion and an increased diameter portion. A height of an upper end of the reduced diameter portion is equal to or greater than a front surface of the pressure adjusting valve in a state where the pressure adjusting valve is in contact with the first valve seat. The pressure adjusting valve is configured to be beyond the upper end of the reduced diameter portion when the pressure adjusting valve is raised to a maximum due to an increase in pressure in a fuel tank.

Abstract: A damper includes a cylinder, a rod including a first engaging portion at a tip end thereof, and a piston formed of an elastic resin material. The piston includes a convex portion provided so as to protrude at a base end portion located on a rod base end side and always in pressure contact with an inner circumference of the cylinder. During damper braking, the first engaging portion of the rod abuts against the other end portion of the piston, and an axial compression force acts on the piston between the first engaging portion and the convex portion in pressure contact with the inner circumference of the cylinder.

Abstract: An air damper is provided. A piston member includes a stopper portion configured to come into contact with a cap in a state that a rod is pulled out to a maximum extent, and a deflection regulating portion configured to be positioned inside the engagement claw in the state to regulate an inward deflection of the engagement claw. An attachment portion rotatably attached to an attachment target portion is provided at an end portion of the rod. A contact surface is formed on the inner side of the engagement claw when viewed in an axial direction of the cylinder, the contact surface being capable of coming into contact with the deflection regulating portion when the rod swings in a direction of a rotation axis of the attachment portion with respect to the attachment target portion or in a direction intersecting the rotation axis.

Abstract: There is provided a damper device including: a cylinder; a piston; and a seal ring. The piston includes: a column portion wound around the seal ring; and a first restricting portion and a second restricting portion that are configured to restrict movement of the seal ring in a axial direction. The column portion has a protruding portion protruding outward in a radial direction. The first restricting portion has a cutout portion. The seal ring is capable of taking a deformed state where the seal ring is deformed so as to partially enter the cutout portion by movement of the piston. In a case where the seal ring is in the deformed state, and in a normal state where the seal ring does not enter the cutout portion, the seal ring is pressed against an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder by the protruding portion.
