    Abstract: Provided are a method in which a source base station (BS) transmits a Quality of Service (QoS) flow-to-data radio bearer (DRB) mapping rule to a target BS in a wireless communication system, and a device supporting the same. The method may include: receiving, from a user equipment (UE), a measurement result of a target cell; determining the handover of the UE to the target BS on the basis of the measurement result; and transmitting, to the target BS, a handover request message including a QoS flow-to-DRB mapping rule of the source BS.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for performing access control and/or membership verification for dual connectivity in a wireless communication system is provided. A first evolved NodeB (eNB) transmits a closed subscriber group (CSG) membership status of a user equipment (UE) to a second eNB, which is a home eNB (HeNB), and receives at least one of a CSG identifier (ID) or a cell access mode of the second eNB from the second eNB. A mobility management entity (MME) may verify the CSG membership status of the UE and transmit the verified CSG membership status of the UE to the first eNB. And then, the first eNB transmits the verified CSG membership status of the UE to the second eNB.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for deciding a secondary eNB (SeNB) user equipment aggregate maximum bit rate (UE-AMBR) in a wireless communication system is provided. In one embodiment, a master evolved NodeB (MeNB) in dual connectivity receives assistant information, which includes at least one of a buffer size or load information of a SeNB, from the SeNB, and decides whether to change a SeNB UE-AMBR based on the assistant information. In another embodiment, the MeNB transmits an indication which requests change of a SeNB UE-AMBR to a SeNB, receives information related to a new SeNB UE-AMBR from the SeNB; and decides whether to change the SeNB UE-AMBR based on the information related to the new SeNB UE-AMBR.
