    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration for a group-common physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), where the group-common PDSCH is repeated for a number of repetitions. Accordingly, the UE may determine this number of repetitions and then monitor for the group-common PDSCH based on the number of repetitions. In some implementations, the group-common PDSCH may include a semi-static repetition scheme, where the number of repetitions is indicated via a group aggregation factor. Additionally or alternatively, the group-common PDSCH may include a dynamic repetition scheme, where the number of repetitions is indicated via a group repetition number. Additionally, the techniques described herein may enable the configuration for the repeated group-common PDSCH to include gaps between each repetition of the group-common PDSCH and for the UE to transmit acknowledgment feedback for the repetitions of the group-common PDSCH.

    Abstract: Embodiments include systems and methods for supporting for supporting retransmission in a multicast session in a Fifth Generation (5G) New Radio (NR) (5G NR) radio access network (RAN). Various embodiments may provide an enhanced multicast radio bearer (MRB) architecture leveraging Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) status reporting by wireless devices to a base station of a 5G NR RAN. Various embodiments may support multiple Radio Link Control (RLC) entities, also referred to as RLC legs, in a multicast session. One or more multicast RLC legs may be used for multicast and/or unicast transmission to wireless devices and a unicast RLC leg may be used for unicast transmission to a specific wireless device.     Abstract: Technologies and techniques are disclosed for wireless communication in a dual connectivity wireless communication network. A first uplink timing value is determined for control information to a first cell group. A second uplink timing value is determined for control information to a second cell group. Transmit power may be determined and allocated for the first and second uplink communications. A timing offset value is determined relative to the second timing value and transmitted to the wireless communication network. Scheduling information is received in response to transmitting the timing offset value, and at least one of the first uplink communication or the second uplink communication are transmitted based on the scheduling information.
