Abstract: A method, a unit and circuits for implementing Boolean logics based on computing-in-memory transistors. The method is implemented by using the characteristics and the read-write mode of the computing-in-memory transistor; the basic unit consists of a computing-in-memory transistor and a pull resistor; the pull resistor in the basic unit is connected in series with the transistor, and the gate of the transistor is independent; the basic units can implement sixteen Boolean logic operations through different circuit structures and voltage configuration schemes. Compared with the logic circuit structure of the conventional CMOS transistors, the present disclosure can implement more logic operations with fewer transistors, which greatly optimizes circuit density and computing speed caused by data transmission between storage units and process units.

Abstract: Disclosed is a three-dimensional low-dose PET reconstruction method based on deep learning. The method comprises the following steps: back projecting low-dose PET raw data to the image domain to maintain enough information from the raw data; selecting an appropriate three-dimensional deep neural network structure to fit the mapping between the back projection of the low-dose PET and a standard-dose PET image; after learning from the training samples the network parameters are fixed, realizing three-dimensional PET image reconstruction starting from low-dose PET raw data, thereby obtaining a low-dose PET reconstructed image which has a lower noise and a higher resolution compared with the traditional reconstruction algorithm and image domain noise reduction processing.

Abstract: The present application discloses a visual enhancement method and a system based on fusion of spatially aligned features of multiple networked vehicles. The method utilizes the visual features of networked vehicles themselves and their surroundings within a certain range, and performs feature fusion after spatial alignment to realize visual expansion and enhancement. After receiving the compressed intermediate feature map of the networked vehicles in a certain range around, the decompressed intermediate feature map is subjected to affine transformation, and the transformed aligned feature map is subjected to feature fusion based on a designed multi-feature self-learning network, so as to realize the complementation and enhancement among features while removing redundant features. The fused intermediate features are used to detect the target obstacles from the perspective of the networked vehicle itself and partially or completely blocked, thus improving the safety of driving connected vehicles.
