The elevator interactive system of the present invention comprises an elevator interactive terminal, configured with a social communication media module, wherein a user is registered as a first registered user in the social communication media module; and a server coupled to a communication bus of an elevator system, configured with the social communication media module and to register an elevator as the second registered user in the social communication media module, wherein, based on the social communication media module, interactive communication is performed between the first registered user on the elevator interactive terminal corresponding to the user and the second registered user on the server corresponding to the elevator.

The present invention provides an elevator-calling control apparatus, an elevator-calling control system and an elevator-calling control method thereof, and belongs to the field of elevator control technologies. In an elevator-calling control process, the following steps are included: inputting an elevator-calling command; displaying elevator running state information and estimated time of arrival information of several elevators in a corresponding elevator group for a passenger to make reference, wherein the elevator running state information at least includes information that reflects a current crowding degree of the elevator; and selecting an elevator from the several elevators as the elevator that the passenger determines to take. The elevator-calling control of the present invention may facilitate a passenger to actively select an elevator that the passenger determines to take, which has good user elevator calling and taking experience and enhances the running efficiency of the elevator.

A method is disclosed for assisting limited or handicapped persons wherein an infrastructure unit periodically transmits a signal with an auxiliary function offer from the infrastructure unit, wherein a mobile communication unit, which is situated close to the infrastructure unit, of the limited or handicapped person receives the signal with the auxiliary function offer and takes a use authorization certificate as a basis for forming a signal with an auxiliary function request and returns it to the infrastructure unit, and wherein the infrastructure unit provides at least one auxiliary function for the limited or handicapped person in accordance with the auxiliary function request. This may assist limited or handicapped persons with the auxiliary functions suitable for them in the region of infrastructure elements, e.g., escalators, revolving doors and lifts, in a simple and inexpensive manner, with misuse largely being precluded.

The server is configured to determine when there is input at any of the interface devices. The server is configured to determine a meaning of such input. The server is also configured to determine output to provide at the corresponding interface device and to communicate the determined output to the corresponding interface device. The present invention discloses a method and an elevator system, in which a passenger gives elevator calls with a personal terminal device. An elevator car is allocated to the passenger on the basis of an elevator call, the maximum time from the moment of giving the call to the moment the doors of the allocated elevator car will close on the call-giving floor is calculated. The aforementioned maximum time is sent to the terminal device of the passenger for being presented to the passenger on the terminal device.
