Abstract: A user equipment (UE) is configured to communicate with one or more transmission and reception points (TRPs). The UE receives a sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set configuration including a first resource set corresponding to a first transmission and reception point (TRP) and a second resource set corresponding to a second TRP, receives a downlink control information (DCI) transmission including an SRS resource indicator (SRI) indicating (i) which resource from the first resource set should be selected for a first physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission to a first TRP, and (ii) which resource from the second resource set should be selected for a second PUSCH transmission to a second TRP and transmits the first PUSCH transmission to the first TRP and the second PUSCH transmission to the second TRP.

Abstract: Some aspects of this disclosure relate to apparatuses and methods for implementing unified RACH for multiple features. For example, some aspects of this disclosure relate to a method including determining, by a user equipment (UE), a feature to be indicated at an initial access of the UE to a base station and determining whether the UE and the base station support feature specific random access (RA) procedure for the feature. Abstract: A user equipment (UE) is provided to select an uplink transmission beam to communicate with a base station in a secondary cell of a carrier aggregation (CA) scheme. The UE can communicate with a first base station in a primary cell (PCell), and receive a command from the wireless network to activate a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission to a second base station in a secondary cell (SCell). The second base station can be in a being-activated state. The UE can determine whether an uplink spatial relation configuration is provided to the UE, and determine whether the UE supports beam correspondence. Based on the determinations, the UE can select an uplink transmission beam for the PUCCH transmission to the second base station.

Abstract: This application relates to wireless communications, including methods and apparatus to manage uplink (UL) transmit switching with multiple timing advance groups (TAGs) for wireless devices. A wireless device is configured to use multiple carriers selected from a set of available carriers that can be associated with different TAGs. When a second set of carriers, used after switching from a first set of carriers, includes carriers that belong to different TAGs, the wireless device determines whether to transmit on one or more first uplink transmission occasions for each of the carriers in the second set of carriers based on whether a first UL transmission occasion for at least one carrier overlaps a switching gap time period. The wireless device can disallow transmission on first UL transmission occasions of one or more carriers to accommodate the overlap.

Abstract: Some embodiments include an apparatus, method, and computer program product for implementing Channel State information (CSI) feedback for multi-Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) transmissions in a wireless communication system. Some embodiments enable a user equipment (UE) to determine Channel Quality Indicators (CQI) and/or Precoding Matrix Indicators (PMI) for multi-PDSCH transmissions that account for effects of a duration of the multi-PDSCH transmission including the maximum interval between the first and last PDSCH transmissions on the CQI and PMI determinations. Some embodiments include a base station that detects a need for a change in a beam direction and adjusts the beam direction accordingly based on the PMI determinations. Some embodiments enable a desired hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ)-ACK feedback transmission from a single multi-PDSCH transmission. Some embodiments include performing HARQ bundling with an update to the Type 1 HARQ-ACK codebook based on the multi-PDSCH transmission.

Abstract: Systems and methods of a wireless communications system using signals not traditionally used for positioning purposes for positioning measurements in both uplink (UL) and downlink (DL) are described herein. A user equipment (UE) may generate a UE capability information message indicating one or more signal types that the UE can process for DL positioning measurements and/or that the UE can send for UL positioning measurements. The one or more signal types so indicated may include signals not traditionally used for positioning measurements. The UE may send, to the base station, the UE capability information message. The wireless communications system may then configure the base station and/or the UE to use such signal types with one or more positioning methods. In some embodiments, the base station may also indicate to the UE a subset of signals of an indicated type which should be processed for DL measurements/sent for UL measurements.
