An electric base, an electric gateway, and an electric gateway body are provided. The electric base includes: an electric base body, where two guide holes for passing cables in an electric grid are arranged in the electric base body, an output end for outputting a voltage of the cables is arranged on the electric base body and protrudes from the electric base body, and a conductor structure is nested in the electric base body to connect the cables and the output end. The foregoing electric base can output power to enable the electric gateway body to operate, thereby effectively saving the cost of an electric gateway in the prior art, and meanwhile expanding the application scope of an electric gateway.

A mobile broadband device and a method for processing a mobile broadband service of the mobile broadband device. The mobile broadband device includes a Web application module and a Web server module. The Web application module is configured to provide a management interface of the mobile broadband device, receive a command input by a user, and generate a device management request message complying with a Web management interface. The Web server module is configured to parse the device management request message, and make a response. With this architecture, the mobile broadband device can adapt to the requirement of a user better and faster.

A method for manufacturing a carbon fiber component includes: placing a film with a texture on a first side surface into a mold, where a second side surface of the film abuts against an inner wall of the mold; injecting melted carbon fiber composite plastic into the first side surface through an injection port of the mold to obtain a component in a first shape; and obtaining a component in a second shape from the component in the first shape by using a material removal technique. Compared with the prior art, with the manufacturing method provided in the present invention, on the basis of ensuring a use strength requirement of a component, processing efficiency may be effectively increased. On this basis, the present invention further provides a carbon fiber component manufactured by using this manufacturing method.

A method and an apparatus for implementing a mobile broadband device service. The method includes the following steps: obtaining, service information of a mobile broadband device according to a rule set on the host or by calling an application programming interface of a Web server on the mobile broadband device; and when it is necessary to use a corresponding function of the host for implementing a mobile broadband device service corresponding to the service information, executing, the corresponding function of the host by calling an application programming interface provided by an operating system of the host, to implement the mobile broadband device service. In the embodiments of the present invention limitations when the mobile broadband device is managed in the Web manner are reduced, and a capability of managing the mobile broadband device is improved.

A telepresence system, a telepresence method, and a video collection device are disclosed. The telepresence system includes a video collection device, a video display device, an audio collection device, an audio player, and an audio and video communication device. The audio and video communication device transmits videos collected by the video collection device on a local end and audios collected by the audio collection device on the local end to a remote end through a network; the video display device and the audio player on the remote end play the images and audios respectively; and the video collection device is a panoramic camera. The technical solution under the present invention overcomes the poor effect of panoramic presence in the existing telepresence system, and improves the telepresence system in terms of depth presence, seamless display and eye contact.

A method and an apparatus for resource management, and a low-bandwidth user equipment. The method for resource management includes: determining, according to a system downlink transmission bandwidth or according to a system downlink transmission bandwidth and a maximum downlink transmission bandwidth of a low-bandwidth user equipment, a downlink transmission resource configured by a cell for the low-bandwidth user equipment. The method and apparatus for resource management proposed in the present invention are intended to solve a problem that a low-bandwidth user equipment accesses a broadband system, and enable, through resource management, a low-bandwidth user equipment and a common user equipment to coexist on a same frequency band without causing a waste of a dedicated frequency band resource.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for controlling a system bar of a user equipment, and a user equipment. The method includes: detecting a display status of the system bar; and when the system bar is presented on the screen of the user equipment, and the presented system bar includes a hidden button, receiving a first input used to select the hidden button and input by an input unit to hide the system bar; or when the system bar is not presented on the screen of the user equipment, receiving a second input which is input by the input unit to present the system bar. In the foregoing technical solutions, by flexibly invoking or hiding a system bar integrated with various information and/or convenient buttons, the screen can be used to display content to the greatest extent, so as to improve the utilization rate of the screen.
