Abstract: Provided are a method for a terminal performing wireless local area network (WLAN) measurement in a wireless communication system, and a device supporting same. A terminal receives a WLAN measurement configuration comprising an indicator and a subject to be measured, and on the basis of the indicator, determines a subject for performing a WLAN measurement on, and performs a WLAN measurement on the determined subject for performing a WLAN measurement on, wherein the indicator may indicate whether a measurement of a WLAN AP detected by the terminal is allowed.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for adjusting a network configuration based on a channel occupancy and/or a channel busy ratio in a wireless communication system is provided. The wireless device performs a received signal strength indicator (RSSI) measurement and/or channel occupancy measurement for an unlicensed frequency. The wireless device may determine a frequency priority of the unlicensed frequency based on a result of the RSSI measurement and/or the channel occupancy measurement. Alternatively, the wireless device may adjust a value of a parameter for measurement reporting, cell selection and/or cell reselection based on the result of the RSSI measurement and/or the channel occupancy measurement.

Abstract: Provided are a method for a terminal to receive system information in a wireless communication system and a device supporting the method. The method may comprise: a step of entering a first radio resource control (RRC) state; a step of transmitting, to a base station, an RRC state transition request message requesting a state transition of a terminal from the first RRC state to a second RRC state, the RRC state transition request message including a cause value indicating a request for system information; and a step of receiving, in response to the RRC state transition request message, a rejection message including the requested system information from the base station with respect to the first RRC state.

Abstract: A light connection state is different from a substate of a radio resource control connection (RRC) state or the RRC connection state, and is a state which allows free movement of a UE in a plurality of cells without involving a handover process controlled by a network. A terminal in the RRC connection state, which has received a cell radio network temporary identity (C-RNTI) from a first cell, enters the light connection state and then moves to a second cell. The terminal in the light connection state receives, from the second cell, a random access reply including a temporary C-RNTI during a random access process, and replaces the C-RNTI received from the first cell with the temporary C-RNTI.

Abstract: Provided are a method for receiving an on-demand system information (OSI) block by a terminal in a wireless communication system and an apparatus for supporting the same. The method may comprise the steps of: receiving, from a network, an on-demand system information (OSI) configuration including information on mapping between the OSI block and information on a system information request (SIR) preamble; determining an OSI block of interest; selecting an SIR preamble corresponding to the OSI block of interest on the basis of the OSI configuration; transmitting the selected SIR preamble to a serving cell so as to request the determined OSI block of interest; and receiving the requested OSI block of interest.

Abstract: Provided are: a method by which a terminal, which is interested in a single-cell point-to-multipoint (SCPTM) transmission, establishes an RRC connection in a wireless communication system; and a device for supporting the same. A list of available SCPTM services is received from a serving cell, it is determined whether the SCPTM service of interest from among the received list of the available SCPTM services is a first-type SCPTM service or a second-type SCPTM service, the RRC connection with a network is established when the determined SCPTM service of interest is the second-type SCPTM service, and the second-type SCPTM service can be received through the established RRC connection. The first-type SCPTM service is a service for which RRC connection establishment is not required for the SCPTM service, and the second-type SCPTM service is a service for which RRC connection establishment is required for the SCPTM service.
