Abstract: A head device of three-dimensional modeling equipment is disclosed which has unidirectionally rotating polygon mirrors, can perform biaxial scanning at a high speed due to a combination of the mirrors, can easily control timing and a modeling ray irradiation position, and can enhance modeling precision. A scanning method for a modeling plane using the same is also disclosed.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a method of manufacturing a heterogeneous coating solution bonded coating layer, and a coating layer and a cover window produced thereby. More particularly, there are provided a method of manufacturing a heterogeneous coating solution bonded coating layer, in which a step difference at the boundary between different types of coating solutions is controllable by controlling a difference in capillary number during discharge of the different types of coating solutions using a slot die coater, and a coating layer and a cover window produced thereby. Therefore, the method of manufacturing a heterogeneous coating solution bonded coating layer can produce a cover window that is excellent in all the properties including durability, optical characteristics, and flexibility.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a security yarn containing a multi-composite spinning fiber and security products using the same. The multi-composite spinning fiber, according to the present invention, contains, in at least one or more kinds of polymer materials, a first component selected from an IR reactive pigment or an IR absorption pigment, a second component selected from a visible pigment or an invisible UV-reactive fluorescent pigment, and a third component selected from X-ray absorption materials, so that the security yarn containing the multi-component spinning fiber can be identified by infrared and ultraviolet wavelength and easily identified when irradiated with X-rays, thus providing a multi-identification capability and being useful for preventing counterfeiting. Therefore, the security yarn containing a multi-composite spinning fiber can be useful for preventing the counterfeiting of paper money, gift certificates, marketable securities, and passports or the like, preventing imitations of expensive brand-name products, or identifying a friend or a foe for military purposes.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of forming a conductive polymer thin film pattern, including (a) Coating substrate with solution including PEDOT:PSS (poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate)) to form coating layer including solution on substrate, (b) irradiating a predetermined portion of the coating layer with light, thus manufacturing a pre-patterned substrate including PEDOT:PSS patterned on the predetermined portion and the coating layer other than the predetermined portion, and (c) removing the coating layer from the pre-patterned substrate, thus manufacturing a conductive polymer thin film having a PEDOT:PSS pattern. When the pattern formation method of the invention is applied, a pattern can be formed by directly irradiating a PEDOT:PSS solution with a laser, there is no need for additional drying, thus simplifying the processing and reducing the processing time, and a thin film for use in a transparent electrode can be manufactured, thereby improving the conductivity, transmittance, flatness and precision of the electrode.

Abstract: Provided is a method of manufacturing high strength synthetic fibers, and high strength synthetic fibers manufactured using the same. More particularly, the method involves a localized heating process by raising the temperature of a molten spinning fiber to a temperature higher than that of a pack body during a short period of time with no degradation through a heating zone located in the immediate vicinity of capillary in the spinning nozzle, so as to effectively control the molecular entanglement structure in the molten polymer without reducing the molecular weight and thus to enhance the drawability of the as-spun fibers, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the as-spun fibers, such as strength, elongation, etc., using the existing processes of melt spinning and drawing and thus enabling a mass production of a high-performance fiber at low cost.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a gasification apparatus and a gasification method, the apparatus comprising: a reactor for gasifying fuel; a fuel supply part for supplying fuel to the reactor; and a dispersion plate for spraying fuel, so as to enhance reactivity in the reactor, and aerosolizing moisture within fuel, thereby uniformly supplying fuel to the reactor, wherein the dispersion plate, in a state of being charged by receiving power, is configured to electrostatically spray fuel and a gasification agent, thereby producing a micro droplet, and atomizing the same. Accordingly, it is possible to aerosolize fuel using a boiling phenomenon or an electrostatic spray phenomenon, and uniformly supply fuel to the reactor. Also, it is possible to obtain the effect of increasing gasification reaction efficiency by preheating and reforming fuel and moisture through mid-low temperature oxidation prior to supplying the same the reactor.
