Abstract: A device for measuring surface temperature of a turbine blade based on a rotatable prism includes a probe, a prism rotating apparatus and an optical focusing apparatus. The prism rotating apparatus includes a rotary motor, a worm, a gear and a prism rotary table, the rotary motor rotates to drive the prism rotary table to rotate. The optical focusing apparatus includes a telescopic motor, a coupler, a lead screw and a drive rod, the telescopic motor rotates to drive the lead screw, so as to further drive the drive rod to move along the slot.

Abstract: A method for high-precision true color three dimensional reconstruction of mechanical component. Firstly performs image acquisition: the left and right high-resolution grayscale cameras are fixed at same height and spaced at certain distance, an optical transmitter fixed between the two grayscale cameras, and low-resolution color camera fixed above optical transmitter, thus images of measured high-precision mechanical component are shot. Then performs image processing: all images are transmitted to a computer, which uses image processing to record surface information of measured high-precision mechanical component in the point cloud by high-precision true color three-dimensional reconstruction, which reflects color texture information of the surface, so as to realize the non-contact high-precision true color three dimensional reconstruction of high-precision mechanical component. The method uses binocular high-precision grayscale cameras instead of binocular color cameras, which broadens the range of capture wavelengths, retains richer texture details of high-precision mechanical component and improves accuracy of measurement.

Abstract: A copper nanocatalyst, a method for preparing the copper nanocatalyst, and an application of the copper nanocatalyst in the synthesis of acetate or ammonia are provided. The copper nanocatalyst includes a substrate and an active agent loaded on the substrate. The method includes: preparing a cleaning agent by using an ethanol and a deionized; immersing the active agent in the cleaning agent, ultrasonically cleaning for 5-10 min at a frequency of 4×104 Hz-8×104 Hz, and drying for later use; mixing the cleaned active agent and a conductive binder according to a mass ratio of 1:19-9:1 of the active agent to the conductive binder, adding the ethanol, and fully stirring and dispersing to obtain a slurry; coating the slurry on a surface of the carbon paper, and drying the carbon paper by blowing through nitrogen flow to obtain the catalyst.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a student performance evaluation method and system based on artificial intelligence (AI) identification data, and relates to the field of intelligent education. A lightweight network model suitable for student performance evaluation takes the AI identification data as an input and evaluation results as an output. A training data generation algorithm is provided, and multidimensional AI identification data and labels are uniformly processed into training data suitable for the network model through the above algorithm, which can solve the problems that dimensions between any AI identification data and various labels are not uniform, and original data cannot meet training of a multidimensional and cross-time prediction model. A simulated data generation algorithm and a simulated label generation algorithm are provided, and simulated training data is generated using these algorithms in conjunction with the training data generation algorithm.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for quantitatively identifying the defects of large-size composite material based on infrared image sequence, firstly obtaining the overlap area of an infrared splicing image, and dividing the infrared splicing image into three parts according to overlap area: overlap area, reference image area and registration image area, then extracting the defect areas from the infrared splicing image to obtain P defect areas, then obtaining the conversion coordinates of pixels of defect areas according to the three parts of the infrared splicing image, and further obtaining the transient thermal response curves of centroid coordinate and edge point coordinates, finding out the thermal diffusion points from the edge points of defect areas according to a created weight sequence and dynamic distance threshold εttr×dp_max, finally, based on the thermal diffusion points, the accurate identification of quantitative size of defects are completed.

Abstract: A 1D-CNN-based ((one-dimensional convolutional neural network)-based) distributed optical fiber sensing signal feature learning and classification method is provided, which solves a problem that an existing distributed optical fiber sensing system has poor adaptive ability to a complex and changing environment and consumes time and effort due to adoption of manually extracted distinguishable event features. The method includes steps of: segmenting time sequences of distributed optical fiber sensing acoustic and vibration signals acquired at all spatial points, and building a typical event signal dataset; constructing a 1D-CNN model, conducting iterative update training of the network through typical event signals in a training dataset to obtain optimal network parameters, and learning and extracting 1D-CNN distinguishable features of different types of events through an optimal network to obtain typical event signal feature sets; and after training different types of classifiers through the typical event signal feature sets, screening out an optimal classifier.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for eddy current thermography defect reconstruction based on electrical impedance tomography, first, obtaining a thermal reference image of temperature change with time by acquiring a thermogram sequence S of the specimen in the process of heating and fitting a curve for pixels of each location of the thermogram sequence S, then, creating a current matrix and a magnetic potential matrix, and calculating the satisfied conductivity distribution through iterations, so as a reconstructed image is obtained, then taking the low conductivity area of the reconstructed image as the defect profile, thus the defect profile is identified and quantified.

Abstract: A method and device for generating synthetic vortex sound field (SVSF) with more mode number includes the following steps: (1) a transducer array composed of N transducer units is constructed, and each transducer unit emits a sound field to generate an initial sound field; (2) at the same time, the position of the transducer unit and the phase of the sound field emitted by each transducer unit are changed, and each change produces a sound field, and thus changings times produces of sound fields, wherein the way to change the position of the transducer unit is to rotate the transducer array as a whole; (3) the initial sound field is superimposed with s of sound fields generated in step (2), to obtain SVSF with more mode number. The method and device for generating vortex sound field (VSF) can be used for underwater communication or acoustic imaging.

An end of the P-type body region is flush with or exceeds an end of the polysilicon gate, wherein Cgd of the power semiconductor device is reduced and a switching frequency of the power semiconductor device is increased. A polysilicon field plate connected with a source is introduced over a drift region that is not only shield an influence of the polysilicon gate on the drift region, thereby eliminating Cgd caused by overlapping of traditional polysilicon gate and drift region, but also enable the power semiconductor device to have strong robustness against an hot carrier effect.
