    Abstract: The rotor includes a drive shaft, a first rotor core unit, and a second rotor core unit. The first rotor core unit is configured from a first iron core material having a through-hole into which the drive shaft is inserted, and a plurality of first permanent magnets, and includes a first reference surface at which the first iron core material is flush with or protruding further than first permanent magnets. The second rotor core unit is configured from a second iron core material having a through-hole into which the drive shaft is inserted, and a plurality of second permanent magnets, and has a second reference surface at which the second iron core material is flush with or protruding further than second permanent magnets, the second rotor core unit being laminated in an axial direction on the first rotor core unit such that the first reference surface and the second reference surface contact each other.

    Abstract: Provided are a forming method and a forming apparatus which can secure strength after forming while suppressing deformation.
    The forming method of the present invention includes a burring step and a pressing step. In the burring step, a branch pipe is formed by causing a cylindrical peripheral wall of a cylindrical member (workpiece) having the peripheral wall to project in an outside direction in a tubular shape. In the pressing step, a distal end surface of the branch pipe is pressed toward a proximal end portion of the branch pipe. In the pressing step, the distal end surface of the branch pipe can be pressed by an end surface pressing punch in a state where a burring punch is inserted in the branch pipe.

    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to hold a holding member appropriately in a casing.
    A rotary electric machine includes a rotor having a drive shaft, a stator provided on an outer periphery of the rotor, a bearing B2 that rotatably supports the drive shaft, a holding member that contains an aluminum alloy member and holds the bearing, and a casing that houses the rotor, the stator, the bearing, and the holding member. The casing is made of a member that does not grow permanently or an aluminum alloy member that is permanently grown when the holding member is fixed to the casing. The holding member is in a state before permanent growth before being fixed in the casing, and the holding member grows permanently to be fixed more firmly to the casing.

    Abstract: Provided is a valve device and a shock absorber that can prevent them from being in a failure state at the normal time and can freely set a passive valve even when both pressure control and passage opening/closing are performed by a solenoid valve. For this reason, the valve device includes a first passage and a second passage connected downstream of the pressure introducing passage, a solenoid valve that opens the first passage to control the upstream pressure and closes the second passage when energized, and that closes the first passage and opens the second passage when not energized, and a passive valve provided downstream of the solenoid valve in the second passage.

    Abstract: A solenoid includes a first fixed iron core and a second fixed iron core located on a first end side and a second end side of an axial direction of a coil, a first movable iron core and a second movable iron core located therebetween and attracted by the first fixed iron core and the second fixed iron core by passage of current through the coil, respectively, a spring that biases the first movable iron core to the second fixed iron core side, and a leaf spring that regulates movement of the first movable iron core to the second fixed iron core side with respect to the second movable iron core. The movement of the first movable iron core in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the coil with respect to the first fixed iron core and the second fixed iron core is regulated.
