    Abstract: A computer device may include a memory configured to store instructions and a processor configured to execute the instructions to determine network slices for a plurality of user equipment (UE) devices associated with a base station wherein a particular network slice identifies a particular service category or a UE device attribute category associated with particular ones of the plurality of UE devices, determine a distribution of network slices for the base station based on the determined network slices for the plurality of UE devices, and determine an adjustment for an optimization parameter based on the distribution of network slices for the base station. The computer device may be further configured to adjust the optimization parameter for the base station based on the determined adjustment, wherein adjusted optimization parameter is used by the base station to manage data traffic associated with the plurality of UE devices.

    Abstract: A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are described in which an access control with differentiated service is provided. The service may provide access barring information that includes an access class and a group identifier. The access class and group identifier may constitute an access category identifier that identifies an access category under a unified access control (UAC). The access class and group identifier may correlate to a type of access attempt and/or condition related to the end device. The access class and group identifier may pertain to end device access via a non-standalone deployment.

    Abstract: A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are described in which a polymorphic algorithm service is provided. The service may coordinate and manage the execution of polymorphic algorithms of various optimization types in a multi-tier network, such as a radio access network or a self-organizing network. The service may coordinate the transition of execution of the polymorphic algorithms among the tiers of the multi-tier network, such that the polymorphic algorithm of a type may be active, for any given node, in a single tier of the multi-tier network. The service may monitor the yield of the optimizations based on various machine learning technologies, polices, and optimization targets. The polymorphic algorithms may operate in different time granularities in correspondence to the tiers of the multi-tier network.
