摘要: A conduit tube (90) that communicates with an intracardiac blood inflow port (50) and a liquid medicine injection port (72) and allows blood from the intracardiac blood inflow port and a liquid medicine from the liquid medicine injection port to flow into a cardiotomy section (2) is inserted from above downward in the cardiotomy section 2. A blood flow channel (93) for the flow of blood and a liquid medicine flow channel (95) for the flow of a liquid medicine are formed independently of each other in the conduit tube. With respect to the vertical direction, the lower end of a blood conduit tube portion (94) that forms the blood flow channel is located at a lower position than the lower end of a liquid medicine conduit tube portion (96) that forms the liquid medicine flow channel. This prevents the generation of negative pressure in the liquid medicine flow channel due to the flow of blood. It also reduces the resistance to the inflow of a liquid medicine into the cardiotomy section.

摘要: An adhesion-preventive film is provided that is excellent in flexibility and can prevent cracks from occurring. The adhesion-preventive film contains a copolymer of lactide and caprolactone. The lactide and the caprolactone of the copolymer has a mole ratio in the range of 65:35 to 80:20. Even when this adhesion-preventive film is used in a curved state in vivo or is wound around an affected part such as a tendon, for example, it can provide an adhesion-preventive function for a sufficiently long period without cracking.

摘要: A medical heat exchanger includes a thin tube bundle 2 in which a plurality of heat transfer thin tubes 1 for letting heat medium liquid flow therethrough are arranged and stacked, seal members 3a to 3c sealing the thin tube bundle while allowing both ends of the heat transfer thin tubes to be exposed and forming a blood channel 5 which allows blood to flow therethrough so that the blood comes into contact with each outer surface of the heat transfer thin tubes; a housing 4 containing the seal members and the thin tube bundle and provided with an inlet port 8 and an outlet port 9 of the blood positioned respectively at both ends of the blood channel; and a pair of heat transfer thin tube headers 6, 7 forming flow chambers 14a, 14b, 15a, 15b that respectively surround both ends of the thin tube bundle and having an inlet port 6a and an outlet port 7a of the heat medium liquid. The thin tube bundle is divided into a plurality of thin tube bundle units 12a to 12c, and the heat transfer thin tube headers are configured so that the heat medium liquid passes through the plurality of the thin tube bundle units successively. Heat exchange efficiency is enhanced while the flow speed of the heat medium liquid flowing through the heat transfer thin tubes is increased to suppress the increase in volume of the blood channel.

摘要: A medical container (1) includes a bag-like container body (10) made up of two flexible sheets (12a, 12b). At least one of a pair of long-side sealed areas (11La, 11Lb) formed by the two sheets being bonded together is provided with a sealed protruding portion (20a, 21a, 20b, 21b) protruding toward the other long-side sealed area such that the spacing between the pair of long-side sealed areas is locally narrowed. A crease (30a, 31a, 30b, 31b) passing through the sealed protruding portion is formed in the sheets when a liquid substance has been injected into the container body in a volume greater than or equal to 10% of a defined volume of the container body and the medical container is hung. Accordingly, it is possible to know the exact amount of a liquid substance in the container by using a scale provided on the sheets constituting the container even if a crease is formed in the sheets due to the liquid substance being in the container.

摘要: The cavitation heating system of the preferred embodiment includes a reservoir to contain an operating fluid, and a cavitator subsystem with an inlet to receive the operating fluid from the reservoir, a cavitator to cavitate the operating fluid, and an outlet to transfer the cavitated operating fluid to the reservoir. The cavitation of the operating fluid generates heat. The cavitation heating system may use various techniques either singly or in combination to increase the heat generated from the cavitation of the operating fluid, including: the use of oil as an operating fluid, the addition of dissolved noble gases in the operating fluid, the use of a pump to create jets that cavitate the operating fluid in a vessel and heat the operating fluid, and the use and control of pressure on the cavitation of the operating fluid.

摘要: A bloodstream dilating device 1 is composed of an elastic member 2 extending in a direction of blood flow in a true lumen 115. The elastic member 2 pushes the inner wall of the true lumen 15 outward to dilate the bloodstream. An aortic dissection treating device includes an obturator and a fixing member for fixing the obturator to the inner layer of an aorta. The obturator is inserted up to the point that it can cover an entry port formed in the aorta. The obturator is deformed along the periphery of the entry port in the inner layer by blood pressure to occlude the entry port.
