The lactide and the caprolactone of the copolymer has a mole ratio in the range of 65:35 to 80:20. Even when this adhesion-preventive film is used in a curved state in vivo or is wound around an affected part such as a tendon, for example, it can provide an adhesion-preventive function for a sufficiently long period without cracking.
