Abstract:
A recombinant vector according to an embodiment of the present invention may produce fibroblast growth factor 19 (FGF19) having enhanced solubility. The synonymous codon substitution variant fibroblast growth factor 19 (scvhFGF19) and chaperone ΔssDsbC may be simultaneously and independently expressed in a host cell into which the recombinant vector is introduced, thereby it is possible to overexpress the fibroblast growth factor 19 in a soluble state, due to when not utilizing tags such as an existing fusion partner there is no change in the amino acid, which is a problem generated in the removal process.

A ballast water-free ship using a difference in the depth of the bottom shell plate between the bow/stern and the midship section and a construction method thereof. A stepped portion is formed between either the bow or the stern and the midship section, such that the depth of the bottom shell plate of either the bow or the stern differs from the depth of the bottom shell plate of the cargo containment in the midship section, so that cargo can be loaded and unloaded without ballast water operation.

The novel thieno[3,2-b]pyridine-5(4H)-one derivative compound according to the present invention is synthesized via an aza-[3+3] cyclization addition reaction using BOP, wherein the compound is obtained by synthesizing a 4-arylthiophen-3-amine in which aryl groups such as 4-piperidyl-C6H4, 4-pyrrolidyl-C6H4, 4-MeOC6H4, 3,4,5-(MeO)3C6H4, C6H5, 4-C6H5C6H4, and 4-F3COC6H4 are introduced via a synthesis process by a bromination reaction, a hydrolysis reaction, a decarboxylation reaction, and a Suzuki coupling reaction of methyl 3-aminothiophene carboxylate, and by synthesizing 4-arylthiophen-3-amine and mono-methyl fumarate via a formal aza-[3+3] cyclization addition reaction using BOP and conjugation. Accordingly, novel thieno[3,2-b]pyridine-5(4H)-one derivative compounds according to the present invention have fluorescence properties with a wide range of emission wavelengths and thus may be utilized in various industrial fields such as physics, chemistry, and biomedical research.
Abstract:
A method for detecting a shipwrecked vessel and drown victims by using an aerial hyperspectral image, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: (a) allowing an image reception unit to receive an observed aerial hyperspectral image, check whether the received aerial hyperspectral image is suitable for detection analysis, and extract observation information, and location information and a reflectance value for each pixel with respect to the detected shipwrecked vessel and drown victims; (b) allowing an image analysis unit to analyze spectral characteristic similarity between a spectral reflection value of a target object and an observed reflection value by using pre-constructed spectral library information and extract constituent materials and an occupation ratio for each pixel of the hyperspectral image, thereby classifying a detection result; and (c) allowing an image visualization unit to display the received hyperspectral image, locations of the detected shipwrecked vessel and drown victims, and detailed information of the detection result.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a container search system comprising: a radiation irradiation unit for irradiating radiation to a container to be inspected; a detection unit installed opposite to the radiation irradiation unit to detect radiation having passed through a container; a transfer cart for loading an automobile thereon, on which a container to be inspected is loaded, and travelling along a search path formed between the radiation irradiation unit and the detection unit; and a circulation orbit unit formed to allow the transfer cart to circulate along the search path, wherein a primary side of a linear induction motor for generating a moving magnetic field is formed on either side among the transfer cart and the search path and a secondary-side reaction plate for inducing a secondary eddy current due to the moving magnetic field and generating a linear driving force is formed on the other side thereof. The container search system can transfer a transfer cart according to a linear motor scheme in a radiation search section, and thus can obtain a radiation search image of high quality.
