Abstract: A blockchain-based trusted setup method for zero-knowledge proof (ZKP), performed by a specific node of a blockchain network, may comprise: transmitting a first hash value of a first common reference string (CRS) to a first node; receiving a second hash value of a second CRS from the first node; transmitting the second hash value to a second node; and receiving a third hash value of a third CRS from the second node, wherein the second CRS is generated by the first node encrypting or hiding the first CRS acquired from a public storage through a CRS update module using a secret key of the first node, and the third CRS is generated by the second node using the second CRS acquired from the public storage and a secret key of the second node.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an eco-friendly and simple super-hydrophobic coating method that does not use harmful substances and special equipment. Coating according to the present invention may be performed as a single process without special equipment, and because only eco-friendly materials are used, the coating material may be easily used and discarded. In addition, even a three-dimensional pipe or a heat-exchanger having a complex shape may be modified to have super-hydrophobicity by applying the present coating, and a super-hydrophobic metal filter may be manufactured and used for oil-water separation. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a probe set for isothermal one-pot reaction for detecting strains with biologically active biosynthetic pathway and uses thereof. The platform according to the present disclosure selectively binds only to the functional metabolite essential biosynthetic gene cluster by using the probe set according to the present disclosure, and thus it is possible to perform phenotype-based screening on strains isolated using the probe set according to the present disclosure, thereby effectively screening strains with biologically biosynthetic pathway (functional metabolite biosynthetic strains) in a fast and accurate manner. Furthermore, the platform according to the present disclosure is able to utilize RNA as well as DNA as targets, thereby detecting gene clusters that are actually actively expressed.
