摘要: A wireless device receives a medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) identified by a MAC subheader. The MAC CE comprises: a first field associated with a first cell of a plurality of cells, wherein the first field being set to a first value indicates a command of activation/deactivation of SP CSI reporting on the first cell is present; a semi-persistent channel state information (SP CSI) reporting activation/deactivation indicator; and a SP CSI report trigger field indicating a SP CSI reporting of a plurality of SP CSI reporting on the first cell; In response to the SP CSI reporting activation/deactivation indicator indicating an activation of the SP CSI reporting on the first cell, a SP CSI report for the first cell is transmitted via an uplink control channel.

摘要: A wireless device receives a timer value of a DRX on duration timer for a DRX operation; radio resources of a reference signals for a transmission of a layer 1 reference signal received power report; and a report indicator indicating the transmission of the layer 1 reference signal received power report is limited to a time period when the DRX on duration timer is running. The layer 1 reference signal received power report is transmitted at a first time based on the DRX on duration timer running at a predefined time period before the first time. The layer 1 reference signal received power report includes a layer 1 reference signal received power value and a reference signal resource index associated with one of the reference signal(s). Based on the report indicator, transmitting of the layer 1 reference signal received power report at a second time is skipped in response to the DRX on duration timer not running at the predefined time period before the second time.

摘要: A wireless device may receive configuration parameters for configured uplink transmissions via a plurality of resources. A first uplink transmission may be associated with a first resource in the plurality of resources and may be associated with a first HARQ process number. The wireless device may cancel a trigger for transmitting a buffer status report and create a first packet comprising the buffer status report for transmission via the first resource. The wireless device may receive, before a scheduled transmission of the first packet, a downlink control information for transmission of a second packet. The second packet may be associated with the first HARQ process number. In response to the downlink control information, the wireless device may drop the scheduled transmission of the first packet via the first resource and trigger the trigger for transmitting the buffer status report in response to receiving the downlink control information.

The configuration parameters indicate pathloss reference signals (RSs) for PUSCH pathloss estimation for transmissions via first and second panels. A medium access control control element (MAC CE) is received. The MAC CE indicates first pathloss RSs of the plurality of pathloss RSs for the first panel. The MAC CE indicates second pathloss RSs of the plurality of pathloss RSs for the second panel. A downlink control information (DCI) is received. The DCI indicates a first pathloss RS. The DCI indicates a second pathloss RS. The wireless device transmits, via the first panel, a first uplink transport block with a first uplink transmission power determined based on the first pathloss RS. The wireless device transmits, via the second panel, a second uplink transport block with a second uplink transmission power determined based on the second pathloss RS.

The wireless device detects at least a first synchronization status based on the monitoring the first radio link quality. The wireless device receives a downlink control information indicating transitioning from the non-power-saving state to a power saving state. The wireless device monitors, based on the downlink control information, a second radio link quality on a second plurality of reference signals of the bandwidth part. The wireless device detects at least a second synchronization status based on the monitoring the second radio link quality.

The base station receives from the wireless device, measurement report(s) of at least one synchronization signal of the synchronization signal(s). The base station transmits to the wireless device, a second request to measure CSI-RS(s) of the first cell. The base station receives from the wireless device, second measurement report(s) of the CSI-RS(s). The second measurement report(s) are generated in response to the second request. The base station selects first CSI-RS(s) of the CSI-RS(s) based on the second measurement report(s). The base station transmits a downlink control information to the wireless device via one or more control channels. The downlink control information initiates a random access procedure of the first cell. The downlink control information comprises an indication of the first CSI-RS(s).

摘要: A wireless device may receive one or more messages comprising configuration parameters of a cell. A reference duration for contention window adjustment may be determined based on the configuration parameters. The reference duration may be from a beginning of a channel occupancy of a first transmission burst and until an end of a first slot. The at least one physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) may be transmitted. A contention window value may be determined based on a plurality of new data indicators (NDIs) received in a plurality of uplink grants corresponding to a plurality of first transport blocks transmitted by the wireless device during the reference duration. The wireless device may perform a listen before talk procedure based on the contention window value. One or more second transport blocks may be transmitted based on the listen before talk procedure indicating a clear channel.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more messages from a base station. The one or more messages comprise configuration parameters of a cell. The configuration parameters indicate: a plurality of slot format combinations of the cell; a channel occupancy time (COT) radio network temporary identifier (RNTI); and an index of a field in a downlink control information (DCI) for the cell. The DCI scrambled by the COT-RNTI is received. A COT structure, for the cell, is determined based on one of the plurality of slot format combinations indicated by the field in the DCI associated with the index. A transport block is transmitted, via the cell, on uplink resources according to the COT structure.

摘要: A wireless device monitors a downlink control channel of a transmission reception point (TRP) on an active bandwidth part (BWP) of a cell, where the TRP is in an active state. First channel state information reports of the TRP for the active BWP are transmitted. The TRP transitions from the active state into a dormant state in response to a first time period of inactivity on the TRP. The monitoring is stopped. Second channel state information reports of the TRP for the active BWP are transmitted when the TRP is in the dormant state.

摘要: A wireless device transmits a first scheduling request (SR) based on a buffer status reporting procedure. A second SR is triggered in response to initiating a beam failure recovery. The second SR is transmitted via an uplink control channel resource configured for the second SR. A first downlink control information is received via a downlink control channel, as a response to the second SR. Based on receiving the first downlink control information: the first SR is keep pending, and the second SR is cancelled for the beam failure recovery.
