    Abstract: A flexible circuit board component includes a board body and a sampling terminal, wherein the sampling terminal is configured to collect the electrical data of the target component. The board body is provided thereon with a groove portion, wherein the groove portion penetrates the board body along a thickness direction of the board body so as to partition the board body into a main body part, a connecting part, and a deformable part. The connecting part is configured to connect the sampling terminal. The deformable part is connected to the main body part and the connecting part, and the deformable part is configured to undergo deformation so as to allow the connecting part to displace relative to the main body part.

    Abstract: A battery box upper cover including a top wall, a side wall, and an edge portion is described. A first end of the side wall is connected to the top wall, an opening of the battery box upper cover is formed at a second end of the side wall, and the second end is connected to the edge portion. The edge portion extends along a first direction at the second end, the first direction being parallel to a plane on which the opening is located and away from the opening, a second surface of the edge portion is inclined toward the plane on which the opening is located along the first direction, and a first surface of the edge portion is away from the top wall relative to the second surface. Embodiments can solve the problem of insufficient safety performance of the battery.

    Abstract: This application provides an alignment mechanism for adjusting alignment of multiple components. The alignment mechanism includes a connecting rod, arranged to extend along a first direction, and at least two claws, spaced from each other along the first direction on the connecting rod. The claw includes a main body extending along a second direction. The first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. The claw further includes holding parts spaced from each other along the second direction on the main body to form a holding space movable along the second direction to adjust size of the holding space, allowing the components to be aligned. This alignment mechanism can adjust the alignment of battery cells and related components during the arrangement and assembly process of the battery cells and related components.

The battery top cover includes: a cover body and at least one mounting hole formed on the cover body. The mounting hole is configured to receive a hot melt of an insulating member, the mounting hole has a bottom wall and a side wall connected to the bottom wall, an end of the side wall away from the bottom wall has an opening, and the bottom wall is provided with a first protrusion protruding toward the opening. The first protrusion is configured to contact with the hot melt in the insulating member, so that energy may be concentrated to the first protrusion during an ultrasonic hot melting process, enabling the hot melt to be melted quickly and filled into the mounting hole.

    Abstract: A cell winding calibration method includes: obtaining a first reference distance between first and second reference lines; obtaining a reference number of pixels included in the first reference distance, and determining, based on the first reference distance and the reference number of pixels included in the first reference distance, an actual distance corresponding to a single pixel; obtaining an actual number of pixels included in a distance between an edge of a winding substrate and the first or second reference line, and determining real-time position information of the edge of the winding substrate based on the actual number of pixels included in the distance between the edge of the winding substrate and the first or second reference line and the actual distance corresponding to a single pixel; and calibrating the winding substrate based on the real-time position information of the edge of the winding substrate.
