    Abstract: A printed wiring board is provided which can be applied even to circuit boards operating at high speed, and which can suppress electromagnetic wave radiation, and which can suppress a deterioration in density of mounting. At the printed wiring board, a first signal wire layer, a first ground layer having a first power source wire, a second ground layer having a second power source wire, and a second signal wire layer, are laminated. The first ground layer and the second ground layer are interlayer connected by many via holes. Return current, of signal current flowing through a signal wire, flows in the first ground layer, and a path of the return current is cut midway therealong at a position of the first power source wire. However, the return current is detoured by the via hole to the second ground layer, and flows thereat.

    Abstract: A floating head for use with a recording apparatus of magneto-optical memory type comprising a floating body which is provided in the vicinity of a rotating optical recording medium and which is made afloat by an air stream created by the rotation of the recording medium, an objective lens which is fitted in an optical path forming aperture in the floating body and which permits converging light from a light source to be focused on a focusing plane of the recording medium, and a coil which is installed in the vicinity of the optical path forming aperture in the floating body and which forms a magnetic field toward the focusing plane of the recording medium. The floating body is made of a soft magnetic material and is provided with a rim made of a soft magnetic material which is formed along the peripheral edge of the optical path forming aperture on the side closer to the optical recording medium and which projects toward the same. The rim is tapered in such a way that its wall thickness decreases gradually toward the center of the optical path forming aperture.

    Abstract: A printed circuit board includes a ground layer, a power source layer, a signal wiring layer, an insulating layer and an electromagnetic radiation suppressing member. The power source layer is provided to be opposed to the ground layer. The signal wiring layer transmits a signal in a predetermined frequency domain. The insulating layer insulates the ground layer, the power source layer and the signal wiring layer from one another. The electromagnetic radiation suppressing member is provided to cover a circumferential edge of the insulating layer. The electromagnetic radiation suppressing member has a negative dielectric constant and a positive magnetic permeability in a frequency domain including the predetermined frequency domain.

    Abstract: A seat reclining device has a torsion spring for a cam, and a plurality of guide-protrusion pairs formed integral with the inside face of a stationary member for guiding movement of tooth blocks into and out of meshed-engagement with an internal tooth of a movable member. Two opposing circular-arc concave portions are formed on opposing faces of two circumferentially adjacent guide-protrusion sets. A space between the concave portions is dimensioned to be wider on a radially outward side for defining a spring accommodation space, and dimensioned to be narrower on a radially inward side for forming circumferentially-opposing convex portions. Two spring hooks engage with the respective convex portions under preload. One of the hooks is also engaged with the cam for forcing it in its locked direction. An anti-rotation protrusion is formed on the outside face of the stationary member at a position conforming to the spring accommodation space.
