Abstract:
Methods are described for utilizing user-submitted data to provide a response to a query request. User-submitted data are received and referenced upon receiving a query request from an unregistered requester, a potential response is automatically identified from the user-submitted data, the potential response is extracted, and presented in response to the query request.
Abstract:
A dual handled, single throttle trigger trimmer comprising rotating handles and a rotating trimmer head. The rotating handles allow the use of the trimmer in a trimming mode and an edging mode. The device may be readily converted between the two modes and the lawn care worker must not remove either hand from the device while doing so. The conversion is accomplished by rotating the trimmer upper handle about an axis perpendicular to the trimmer driveshaft while simultaneously rotating the trimmer middle handle about an axis parallel to the trimmer driveshaft. The middle handle has a slide fit around the trimmer driveshaft.
Abstract:
A speaker having a transparent sound panel and an exciter connected to the transparent sound panel for converting electrical energy received by the exciter, into vibrations that are transmitted to the transparent sound panel, resulting in the transparent sound panel transmitting sound. The speaker also contains a stiff panel located between the exciter and the transparent sound panel, where the stiff panel minimizes dampening qualities associated with material utilized to fabricate the transparent sound panel and minimizes bending of the portion of the transparent sound panel that is in contact with the stiff panel. In addition, a dampening pad is located within the exciter for absorbing a portion of excessive mid-high frequency vibrations emanating from the exciter prior to transmission to the transparent sound panel.
Abstract:
A photovoltaic (PV) module includes a plurality of PV cells and a plurality of reconfigurable interconnects which electrically interconnect the plurality of PV cells.
Abstract:
A chuck to this disclosed which has a central body for including a nose section 6 and a tail section 8. A central portend is formed through the chuck to and a plurality of passageways 12 are angled thereto. Jaws 14 may move through the passageways 12 in response to rotation of a rotatable nut 20 which is in screw thread engagement with the jaws 14. A bearing member 36 is disclosed which sits in a tapered portion between the body for and the nut 20 so that radial displacement of the bearing 36 causes the chuck to be locked against release.
