摘要: A display substrate and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes: a plurality of pixel units arranged on a base substrate; a first conductive layer, a semiconductor layer, a second conductive layer and a pixel definition layer sequentially arranged on the base substrate. A pixel driving circuit includes a sensing transistor, a storage capacitance and a capacitance wire. A source electrode and a drain electrode of the sensing transistor are located in the second conductive layer, a second capacitance electrode of the storage capacitance and the capacitance wire are located in the first conductive layer. The capacitance wire includes a capacitance wire body portion extending in a second direction. For one same sub-pixel, an orthographic projection of the capacitance wire body portion of the pixel driving circuit thereof on the base substrate is spaced apart from that of the light emitting region thereof on the base substrate.

摘要: The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a driving backplate including a base substrate, and an insulation layer and a plurality of conductive structures on the base substrate. The insulation layer insulates the plurality of conductive structures from each other. The plurality of conductive structures includes a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer sequentially stacked along a direction away from the base substrate. At least one portion of a region in which the first conductive layer is in contact with the second conductive layer includes a flat contact region. An opening is formed at a position in the insulation layer corresponding to the conductive structure. An edge of the opening in the insulation layer is between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer and is correspondingly in edge regions of the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an array substrate and a method of manufacturing the same and a display panel, which belongs to the field of display technologies. The method of manufacturing the array substrate comprises: providing a base substrate; forming a drive circuit layer on the base substrate, wherein the drive circuit layer includes a switching transistor; forming an insulating material layer on one side of the drive circuit layer distal to the base substrate, wherein the insulating material layer has a connection via-hole exposing at least a part region of a drain electrode of the switching transistor; and forming an electrode layer on one side of the insulating material layer distal to the base substrate, wherein a surface of the electrode layer distal to the base substrate has groove structures extending to the connection via-hole. The manufacturing method may avoid the occurrence of poor coating in forming an orientation layer.

摘要: A touch substrate manufacturing method, for manufacturing a target touch substrate to be assembled with a display substrate, is provided. A size of an active display region of the display substrate is a first preset size. The method includes: providing a touch substrate to be processed having a second preset size, the second preset size being greater than the first preset size; and cutting, in at least one cutting direction, the touch substrate to be processed to obtain the target touch substrate, the cutting direction being parallel to an extending direction of a touch channel on the touch substrate to be processed. A manufacturing method for touch module, a touch substrate and a touch module are also provided.

摘要: Provided are a display substrate and a detection method therefor, and a display apparatus. Compensation sub-circuits that are in one-to-one correspondence with each stage of a shift register are arranged in a gate driving circuit, and a first capacitor in each compensation sub-circuit is thus charged under the control of a detection input circuit when each stage of the shift register outputs a signal stage by stage; and an output control circuit is used to disconnect the compensation sub-circuit from a pull-up node of the corresponding stage of the shift register. The triggering of each stage of the shift register is stopped after each stage of the shift register (CR(n)) completes outputting, and the output control circuit provides a signal of a first power voltage end to the pull-up node of the corresponding stage of the shift register under the control of a second control end and the first capacitor.
