摘要: A display substrate and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes: a plurality of pixel units arranged on a base substrate; a first conductive layer, a semiconductor layer, a second conductive layer and a pixel definition layer sequentially arranged on the base substrate. A pixel driving circuit includes a sensing transistor, a storage capacitance and a capacitance wire. A source electrode and a drain electrode of the sensing transistor are located in the second conductive layer, a second capacitance electrode of the storage capacitance and the capacitance wire are located in the first conductive layer. The capacitance wire includes a capacitance wire body portion extending in a second direction. For one same sub-pixel, an orthographic projection of the capacitance wire body portion of the pixel driving circuit thereof on the base substrate is spaced apart from that of the light emitting region thereof on the base substrate.

摘要: Provided are a display substrate and a detection method therefor, and a display apparatus. Compensation sub-circuits that are in one-to-one correspondence with each stage of a shift register are arranged in a gate driving circuit, and a first capacitor in each compensation sub-circuit is thus charged under the control of a detection input circuit when each stage of the shift register outputs a signal stage by stage; and an output control circuit is used to disconnect the compensation sub-circuit from a pull-up node of the corresponding stage of the shift register. The triggering of each stage of the shift register is stopped after each stage of the shift register (CR(n)) completes outputting, and the output control circuit provides a signal of a first power voltage end to the pull-up node of the corresponding stage of the shift register under the control of a second control end and the first capacitor.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method for detecting a display substrate and a device for detecting a display substrate. The method includes: exciting a threshold voltage of a driving transistor in each pixel driving circuit in the display substrate, so that the threshold voltage of the driving transistor with a shifted threshold voltage is further shifted; inputting a detection signal to each pixel driving circuit in the display substrate, where the detection signal is a signal enabling the pixel driving circuit to operate normally; and judging whether the display substrate is normal or not according to the voltage output by each pixel driving circuit.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and a device for detecting a threshold voltage drift of a transistor in a pixel circuit, which are used for detecting the threshold voltage drift of the transistor to be detected in the pixel circuit. The transistor to be detected is at least one of the driving transistor and the detection transistor. The detection method comprises: inputting, during an inputting stage, a first turning-on voltage to the second scanning terminal, so as to turn on the detection transistor, enabling writing a first voltage into the second node through the detection signal terminal; inputting, during a detection stage, a first turning-off voltage to the second scanning terminal, so as to turn off the detection transistor, thereby detecting an actual voltage at the second node; and determining a state of the threshold voltage drift of the transistor to be detected according to the actual voltage and the first voltage.

摘要: A method of detecting threshold voltage shift and a threshold voltage shift detection device are provided. The method is applied to a pixel driving circuit which I is electrically coupled to a control line, a voltage line and a detection node, respectively. The method includes: in a detection cycle including a setting phase and a detection phase, in the setting phase, controlling a transistor included in the pixel driving circuit to be in a biased state; in the detection phase, providing a preset control voltage signal to the control line, providing a preset voltage signal to the voltage line, and determining a threshold voltage shift state of the transistor according to an electric potential of the detection node.
