摘要: In a device or method to change a belt in a machine assembly, a gripper is provided with two flat legs. The legs are held at one end and are free at the other ends. The legs are provided with a respective protective film on side surfaces facing towards one another to protect the belt. A first of the two legs facing towards the machine assembly in an exchange of the belt have a sliding film on its outer surface. The legs are designed such that they exert a gripping force over a width of the belt after sliding onto the belt and grip the belt so that the belt can be slid onto or removed from rollers of at least one of the roller types selected from the group consisting of a drive roller and a deflection roller provided in the machine assembly.

摘要: In a method or system for controlling a printer or copier, a separation of a position mark printed on a web-shaped carrier material in a longitudinal direction of the carrier material relative to a transverse fold present in the carrier material is preset as a parameter. Arrival of the position mark is monitored with a sensor arrangement arranged before a transfer printing area while the carrier material is moved past the sensor arrangement. A real position of the transverse fold is determined for a position of arrival of the position mark at the sensor arrangement. The transverse fold is conveyed to a desired position by consideration of the real position of the transverse fold.

摘要: In a method and device to control a print process in a printer or copier, with a character generator generating a latent print image and a latent toner marking on an image carrier. An exposure energy per unit area for the generation of the latent toner marking is decreased in comparison to an energy per unit area for generation of the latent print image. The latent print image and the latent toner marking are developed with toner in the developer station. An optical reflection sensor determines color density of the developed toner marking. Toner concentration is adjusted in a developer station dependent on a signal of the reflection sensor.

摘要: In an arrangement and method for determining a position of a unit in an electrophotographic printer or copier, a sensor arrangement is provided which comprises two sensors and an actuating element. Each sensor outputs a sensor signal dependent on a position of the actuating element, the position of the actuating element with respect to the sensors changing dependent on a position of the unit. In a first position of the unit, the actuating element is positioned such that the first sensor and the second sensor each output a first sensor signal. In a second position of the unit the actuating element is positioned such that the first sensor outputs a second sensor signal and the second sensor outputs the first sensor signal. In a third position of the unit the actuating element is positioned such that the first sensor and the second sensor each output the second sensor signal. In a fourth position of the unit the actuating element is positioned such that the first sensor outputs the first sensor signal and the second sensor outputs the second sensor signal.

摘要: An electrographic printing device has at least one printing unit with a toner image carrier. A printing device for producing a toner image prints at least one mark on a photoconductor belt. The toner contained on the photoconductor belt is transferred to a transfer belt at a first transfer point and transferred from said transfer belt to a strip-shaped support material at a second transfer point. A sensor situated on the transfer belt detects the passage of the mark and a control unit determines the time that has elapsed between the time of printing and the time at which the mark is detected and controls the transportation of the strip-shaped support material accordingly.

摘要: For regulating the pressure in a pressure chamber, in particular in a pneumatic brake apparatus for a web-type recording medium, an actual pressure is set in the pressure chamber dependent on an actual angle of rotation of a rotary valve. The actual angle of rotation of the rotary valve and the actual pressure in the pressure chamber are acquired. A target pressure and a target angle of rotation allocated to this target pressure are predetermined, and a pressure deviation between the actual pressure and the target pressure are determined, as is a deviation of the angle of rotation between the actual angle of rotation and the target angle of rotation. An adjusting unit sets the angle of rotation at the rotary valve, first dependent on the deviation of the angle of rotation and then dependent on the pressure deviation. Furthermore, a sensor for acquiring the angle of rotation is specified.
