    摘要: The present invention relates to a probe stylus 1 for an inspection of semiconductor device in a state of wafer. When a large number of pad 5 are disposed in a semiconductor device, setting of the probe styluses 1 onto a probe card, on which a semiconductor to be inspected shall be mounted, is difficult. An objet of the present invention is to improve the form of the probe stylus to solve this problem. The object is attained by a probe stylus according to the present invention. The probe stylus 1 is comprised of a first electrically conductive member 2, a second electrically conductive member 3, and an insulating member 4 disposed between the first and second electrically conductive members 2,3, wherein the first and second electrically conductive members 2,3 have a form of a needle and they form a single needle. In an embodiment, the first and second electrically conductive members have a half round cross section. In another embodiment, each of the first and second electrically conductive members has a resilient portion at their tip portion. In another embodiment, the first electrically conductive member is covered with the insulating member, and the insulating member is covered with the second electrically conductive member. In further another embodiment, a slit is disposed between the first and second electrically conductive members.

    摘要: To remove ringing from pulse. A buffer amplifier (30) is inserted in series into a path through which a signal is transmitted. Ringing caused in the output of the buffer amplifier (30) is detected by an L side comparator (31) and an H side comparator (32). When ringing is detected, a current is supplied into the input of the buffer amplifier (30) through an L side current supply circuit (33) or an H side current supply circuit (34). By supplying a current from the L side and H side current supply circuits (33, 34), the overshooting portion due to ringing can be suppressed.

    摘要: By using only a template of a step response waveform when the waveform changes from "0" level to "1" level, a filter coefficient representing nature of voltage noises, such as reflection and rounding, in terms of polynomial of exponential function is generated by a filter coefficient generator. Respective logic data from a test pattern generator are divided by a filter order, and thus divided logic data are produced. The filter order corresponding to a number of taps. By operating the filter coefficient and the divided logic data by a filter arithmetic unit, data of an analog waveform is generated. The data of the analog waveform is skipped by a data skipping apparatus, the result is applied to an analog waveform generating apparatus, and an analog waveform is generated.

    摘要: A liquid discharge apparatus includes a liquid discharge head, a pump, tanks, a supply path, liquid supply regulators, a pressure detector, and control circuitry. The liquid supply regulators are provided for each of the tanks and configured to open and block the supply path to regulate supply of a liquid from the tanks to the liquid discharge head. The pressure detector is disposed between the liquid supply regulators and the liquid discharge head in the supply path. The control circuitry is configured to determine a low level tank among the tanks on basis of opening and closing conditions of the liquid supply regulators in a case where the pressure detector detects that a pressure of the supply path is lower than a predetermined value, and control the liquid supply regulators to supply the liquid from at least one tank of the tanks to the liquid discharge head.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus includes a liquid ejection head, a head tank, a liquid storage container, a liquid feed device, a supply valve, an exhaust passage, a float valve, an air release valve, and a suction device. The exhaust passage is disposed in the head tank and communicated with an ambient air. The float valve is disposed in the head tank to close the exhaust passage in response to an amount of liquid in the head tank. The air release valve opens and closes the exhaust passage of the head tank. When the suction device exhausts air from the exhaust passage with the air release valve open, the liquid feed device is driven to pressurize and feed the liquid.
