    Abstract: To provide a chemical amplification type resist composition which is excellent in transparency to a radiation and in dry etching properties and which gives a resist pattern excellent in sensitivity, resolution, evenness, heat resistance, etc. A resist composition comprising a fluoropolymer (A) which is a fluoropolymer having repeating units formed by cyclopolymerization of a fluorinated diene represented by the formula (1) and which has blocked acidic groups as Q, an acid-generating compound (B) which generates an acid under irradiation with light, and an organic solvent (C): CF2═CR1—Q—CR2═CH2  (1) wherein each of R1 and R2 which are independent of each other, is a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, a methyl group or a trifluoromethyl group, and Q is a bivalent organic group having a blocked acidic group capable of forming an acidic group by an acid or a group which can be converted to such a blocked acidic group.

    Abstract: An image pickup lens system according to the present invention includes a lens body having a positive power and a diaphragm which is unified with the lens body at a location between the first face and the second face of the lens body and of which inner cylindrical surface is disposed at a location of the inside of the lens body. Thus, the numbers of the elements of the image pickup lens system are decreased and the image pickup lens system can be produced accurately. Moreover, when the lens body and the diaphragm are unified each other, both optical axes of the lens body and the diaphragm can be very accurately adjusted and automatically adjusted. Thus, a work to adjust accurately those optical axes is not necessary so that the lens body and the diaphragm can be produced easily and speedy. Moreover, by disposing the actual diaphragm, this invention can prevent the occurrence of the stray light such a flare and a ghost and the like and can actually remove the stray light if it occurs.

    Abstract: An image pickup lens system according to the present invention includes a diaphragm, a first lens which has a convex fact formed on the side of an image surface in the vicinity of an optical axis and which has a positive power and radii of curvature at a center, whose signs are not opposite from each other, a second lens which has a convex face formed on the side of an object in the vicinity of the optical axis and which has a negative power and radii of curvature at a center, whose signs are not opposite from each other, and a third lens which has a convex face formed on the side of the image surface in the vicinity of the optical axis and which has a positive power. The diaphragm and the first, second and third lenses are disposed sequentially from the side of the object, and the first face of at least the second lens being formed into an aspherical shape. Thus, each of various aberrations can be corrected satisfactorily, while maintaining a desired optical performance and ensuring a wider angle of view, and the image pickup lens system can be produced easily.

    Abstract: An apparatus for making a booklet-like product comprises a paper feeding part; a superposing part for superposing a plurality of continuous webs of paper fed to travel from the paper feeding part, whereby a layered continuous sheet of paper is prepared; a cutting part for cutting the layered continuous sheet into successive separate layered sheets of paper; a conveyance passage; and a stacking and ejection part for causing the separate layered sheets traveling along the conveyance passage to be piled every predetermined number thereof and to be ejected in the form of piles of sheets, each to form the booklet-like product. The superposing part is provided with a paste nozzle for applying paste to one of two adjacent such continuous webs of paper on its one side and a further paste nozzle for applying paste to the upper surface of the layered continuous sheet.
