    摘要: A chip capacitor which can be miniaturized with structural stability. In the chip capacitor, a capacitor device has a cathode layer formed on an outer surface thereof and an anode wire is protruded from a portion thereof. A cathode lead is electrically connected to the cathode layer. An anode lead is electrically connected to the anode wire through a weld reinforcement. A molding is configured to cover the capacitor device in such a way that the cathode and anode leads are only partially exposed. Protrusions are protruded from outer surfaces of the cathode and anode leads, respectively, thereby forming steps on the outer surfaces thereof. In the chip capacitor, the leads and molding are bonded with much greater strength, thus more structurally robust. Also, this prevents external moisture from penetrating inside the chip capacitor, thereby significantly enhancing moisture resistance.

The light source group includes a plurality of light sources each emitting a light of a different color from each other and each having a different effective light-emitting area from each other, so as to generate a white light including a mixture of lights emitted from the light sources. The power supply module applies one driving voltage to the light sources. Thus, a white light having a desired wavelength distribution may be generated while one driving voltage is applied to the light sources of the light-generating unit.

    摘要: A tantalum chip capacitor with a cut-grooved anode lead frame is disclosed. The cut-grooved lead frame is designed to allow the tantalum element set in the small-sized epoxy mold package of the capacitor to have a desired size, thus restricting an increase in impedance of the tantalum chip capacitor regardless of a reduction in the size of the package according to the recent trend of smallness of the tantalum chip capacitors. This tantalum chip capacitor has a tantalum element, a anode lead wire extending from the tantalum element, and a cathode lead frame attached at its inside end to the tantalum element and forming a mounting terminal at its outside end. The cut-grooved anode lead frame is welded at its inside end to the lead wire while overlapping a part of the lead wire at the inside end having the cut groove. This anode lead frame also forms a mounting terminal at its outside end. A mold package encloses the tantalum element, the lead wire, a part of the cathode lead frame attached to the tantalum element, and a part of the anode lead frame welded to the lead wire.

The display device includes a main display panel, a sub-display panel, and a plurality of lamps simultaneously supplying light to the first and second display panels; an openness sensing unit in which an output signal is defined based on a degree of openness of the display device; and a lamp controlling unit selecting one of the display panels based on the output signal from the openness sensing unit and defining the number of lamps to be turned on based on the selected display panel, and supplying the light to the main and sub-display panels by lighting the defined number of lamps. In one embodiment, the display device is a display device for a mobile phone, and the lamps are light emitting diodes. Accordingly, the number of lamps to be turned on is varied based on the selected display panel, and consumption power therefore decreases.
