Abstract:
The present invention provides a rotary valve structure, which has a rotary water passage structure including a switching component and fixed hole. A first water-guide portion and second water-guide portion are placed laterally onto the switching component, whilst a first punch hole and second punch hole are placed separately onto the fixed hole. A coupling portion is placed between the first water-guide portion and second water-guide portion of the switching component. When the first water-guide portion and second water-guide portion of the switching component are placed opposite to the first punch hole and second punch hole of the fixed hole respectively, the first punch hole and second punch hole form a through-flow structure that prevents water from contacting the metal portions of the housing.
Abstract:
A chemical mechanical polishing composition includes: an abrasive component, a corrosion inhibitor, a surfactant, a diacid compound, a metal residue inhibitor, and water. The metal residue inhibitor is selected from the group of compounds having the following formulas: and combinations thereof, wherein R1, R2, R3, and R4 are independently selected from H, C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, and C2-C6 alkylidyne; and R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, and R10 are independently selected from H and C1-C6 alkyl.
Abstract:
A faucet with a rotatable outlet structure includes a main body, a valve assembly disposed in the main body, a connecting structure rotatably received in the main body, an outlet structure rotatably mounted onto the main body and a control lever connected to the valve assembly, wherein the outlet structure includes an outer tube and an inner tube received in the outer tube. The outer tube is engaged to the connecting structure and the inner tube is securely sleeved on the connecting structure. Consequently, the inner tube is rotated with the outer tube when the outer tube is rotated relative to the main body such that inner tube does not need to be twisted when the outer tube is rotated relative to the main body.
Abstract:
A faucet includes a faucet body, a switch unit and a monitoring device. The switch unit is coupled rotatably to the faucet body. The monitoring device is mounted to the switch unit and includes an angle detector, a microprocessor and an alert unit. The angle detector is for detecting angular rotation of the switch unit, and is for generating angle information. The microprocessor is for receiving the angle information, for recording a cumulative time period within which the switch unit is in an open state, and for calculating an outflow value accordingly. The microprocessor generates an alert signal for the alert unit upon determining that the outflow value has reached a predetermined threshold.
Abstract:
An improved faucet control valve has a valve seat, a spring, a one-piece valve stem, an expanded end, a flexible hooking portion and a control unit. The one-piece valve stem manufactured integrally enables to realize convenient manufacturing, cost reduction and structural simplification of control members. The one-piece valve stem is only required to penetrate the valve port of the valve seat from top to bottom, enabling engagement of the flexible hooking portion for simple and fast assembly.
Abstract:
A chemical mechanical polishing slurry for polishing a copper layer without excessively or destructively polishing a barrier layer beneath the copper layer is disclosed and includes an acid, a surfactant, and a silica sol having silica polishing particles that are surface modified with a surface charge modifier and that have potassium ions attached thereto. A method for preparing the chemical mechanical polishing slurry and a chemical mechanical polishing method using the chemical mechanical polishing slurry are also disclosed.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an aqueous cleaning composition for use in a cleaning process during or after a chemical mechanical planarization for a copper integrated circuit processing, comprising 0.05 to 20 wt % of a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic organic base, 0.05 to 50 wt % of an alcohol amine, 0.01-10 wt % of a quaternary ammonium hydroxide, and water. When used during or after the planarization process, the inventive cleaning composition of the invention can effectively remove residual contaminants from the surfaces of the wafers and simultaneously maintain a good surface roughness of the wafers.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a drinking faucet with monitoring device, which resolves the shortcomings of a typical monitoring mechanism in the main valve body that is exposed to dampness and is vulnerable to damage. The monitoring mechanism is laterally assembled onto the switching control valve seat of the main valve body of the drinking faucet. So, it is possible to prevent any fault of electronic components from dampness, prolong their service life, and facilitate the repair and replacement in the event of damage or faulty components.
Abstract:
A drinking water fountain includes a valve body, a heating device, a control valve, a cold water inlet conduit, a cold water outlet conduit, a heating conduit, and a hot water inlet conduit. Thus, the drinking water fountain can provide drinking water, including cold water, hot water and mixed water. In addition, the control valve is used to control the drinking water flowing outward from the water outlet pipe, including cold water, hot water and mixed water, thereby facilitating a user drinking the drinking water.
Abstract:
A wasted water draining valve for a drinking water fountain includes a valve body having a bottom having a first side formed with a wasted water inlet channel and a second side formed with a wasted water outlet channel connected to the inlet channel. Thus, the wasted water inlet channel of the valve body is inclined relative to the wasted water outlet channel, so that the wasted water inlet channel of the valve body is directly connected to the wasted water outlet channel without having to provide a U-shaped tube to connect the wasted water inlet channel and the wasted water outlet channel of the valve body, thereby decreasing costs of fabrication.
