The portable device transmits a response signal including the portable device position in response to a request signal of the in-vehicle unit. The in-vehicle unit, only in a case where it is determined that the portable device position included in the response signal is within a predetermined area around the vehicle position, performs control of a lock/unlock state of a vehicle door in accordance with the identification result of the ID code included in the response signal. Accordingly, it is surely prevented that the door is remotely controlled by the portable device at far distances from the vehicle.

    摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a drill for producing a deep hole that does not produce bend of the hole during cutting. A drill body 1 is spirally provided with a pair of cutting edges 3. The cutting edges 3 are spaced at about 180 degrees apart around a core 1a of the drill and the edge line 3a of a tip section of the cutting edges 3 is depressed toward a core 1a of the drill. When the outside dimension of the drill is 7.4 mm, an angle between the edge line 3a and a line perpendicular to the core 1a is 5 degrees and the core thickness (t) is 2.96 mm. Further, the drill is provided with a guide section 4 for preventing bending in the case of a cutting operation. The guide section 4 is provided on a heel side on the same circumference as that on which the outer end section of the cutting edges 3, 3 passes.

    摘要: An entry control system includes a portable device carried by a vehicle user and a biometric sensor attached to a vehicle door. The biometric sensor includes a CCD camera and a shutter. The shutter is moved to uncover the CCD camera only when the portable device is validated. After the biometric sensor detects the biometric information based on a finger print image of the user, the shutter is moved again to cover the CCD camera. Each time the shutter moves, a brush cleans the CCD camera. The vehicle door is enabled to be opened only when the user is validated based on the biometric information.

    摘要: An electronic key entry system for vehicles has a security ECU mounted in a vehicle for checking an electronic key via radio communication with the same. The ECU includes a CPU and a PWM output unit. The PWM output unit generates an interrupt request at every edge time of PWM pulse transmitted to the electronic key. The CPU sets a pattern of PWM output of a next cycle in response to the interrupt request so that the PWM output unit transmits a pulse corresponding to the set PWM output pattern. The CPU also stops pulse transmission, when no response is received from the electronic key in the course of communication in a plurality of stages.

    摘要: In a door control system, in polling collation processing, a start request signal is intermittently transmitted from a vehicle. When a human around the vehicle is detected, a start request signal is transmitted from the vehicle with high output power. A portable device returns a response signal to the vehicle. Furthermore, when the start request signal is transmitted at the high output power, the reception sensitivity is set to be lower than the normal sensitivity. When receiving the response signal from the portable device, the vehicle transmits an ID request signal, and acquires an ID code from the portable device. The ID code thus acquired is collated with each ID code registered in the vehicle. When both ID codes agree, the vehicle doors are unlocked.

    摘要: A pattern inspection apparatus determines a difference of the measured dislocation of respective alignment marks of an opaque pattern and a phase shifting pattern (measurement difference), in addition to a difference between the both alignment mark positions in design (design difference). A difference between the measurement difference and the design difference is set as a difference in alignment mark position between the opaque pattern and the phase shifting pattern in a reference pattern which is later used in inspection. In this manner, by correcting one pattern data with respect to the other pattern data in the reference pattern, the displacement generated in the both patterns can be reflected, and the reference pattern data regarding an image of a sample which is actually observed can be created.

The display part allows a user to visually recognize a display image by projecting an image light corresponding to the display image on an eye of the user in a state where some ambient light reaches at least either one of eyes of the user. The measuring instrument measures brightness of the ambient light. The determination unit determines brightness of the display image. The detection unit detects the difference between the brightness of the ambient light and the brightness of the display image. The decision unit decides timing of temporarily stopping the use of the display part. The notification processing unit performs notification which prompts the user to stop the use of the display part at the timing.
