    摘要: An electronic key entry system for vehicles has a security ECU mounted in a vehicle for checking an electronic key via radio communication with the same. The ECU includes a CPU and a PWM output unit. The PWM output unit generates an interrupt request at every edge time of PWM pulse transmitted to the electronic key. The CPU sets a pattern of PWM output of a next cycle in response to the interrupt request so that the PWM output unit transmits a pulse corresponding to the set PWM output pattern. The CPU also stops pulse transmission, when no response is received from the electronic key in the course of communication in a plurality of stages.

The transmitting unit includes a frequency band computing unit that selects one of the three or more frequency bands through a computation for changing a communication environment when the second mode ON operation of the switch is repeatedly performed. A receiver of the in-vehicle device receives a wireless signal transmitted from the transmitting unit and recognizes command information allocated in advance in correspondence with each ON operation mode of the switch.

The mobile device includes an input unit accepting user's input operation; an operation signal transmission unit wirelessly transmitting an operation signal corresponding to the input operation during the input operation; a frequency switching determination unit determining whether to switch the transmission frequency band from a first frequency band to a second frequency band based on at least any one of a manner of the input operation and a state of wireless communication; and a transmission frequency switching unit switching the transmission frequency band when the frequency switching determination unit determines to switch the transmission frequency band. The receiver includes an operation signal reception unit receiving the operation signal; and a control unit controlling the control target on the basis of the received operation signal.

    摘要: In a method of processing a call in response to a connection request that includes reported bandwidths in both upstream and downstream directions, a communication node on the calling side (1) manages available bandwidths in upstream and downstream directions on a per-path basis; (2) searches for a path having upstream/downstream available bandwidths, which are greater than the upstream/downstream reported bandwidths; (3) if such a path can be found, accepts the call connection request as a call communicated in both directions on this path; (4) if such a path cannot be found, searches independently for a path having an available bandwidth greater than the upstream reported bandwidth and a path having an available bandwidth greater than the downstream reported bandwidth; and (5) if these two paths can be found, accepts the call connection request as a call communicated on the separate paths on a per-upstream- and downstream-direction basis.

    摘要: A voice guidance system for a vehicle includes a transmitter, a tuner, a touch sensor, a smart ECU, a D-seat speaker, and a P-seat speaker, which are all mounted in a vehicle. It is used for an in-vehicle system, such as a smart entry system, which performs intercommunication with a portable unit. In this guidance system, a smart ECU stores in a memory information indicating that a user has performed predetermined operation with the smart entry system. When it is determined that a user will use the smart entry system, the following processing is performed: voice guidance about the operation procedures for the system is outputted from a driver seat speaker or a passenger seat speaker when information indicating that the user has performed the predetermined operation in the past is not stored in the memory; and voice guidance is disabled when information indicating that the user has performed the predetermined operation is stored.

    摘要: A drill for producing a deep hole that does not produce a bend of the hole during cutting. A drill body is spirally provided with a pair of cutting edges. The cutting edges are spaced at about 180 degrees apart around a core of the drill and the edge line of a tip section of the cutting edges is depressed toward the core of the drill. When the outside dimension of the drill is 7.4 mm, an angle between the edge line and a line perpendicular to the core is 5 degrees and the core thickness (t) is 2.96 mm. Further, the drill is provided with a guide section for preventing bending during a cutting operation. The guide section is provided on a heel side on the same circumference as that on which the outer end section of the cutting edges passes.

    摘要: A portable unit locating system is incorporated in a vehicle equipment control system including a portable unit and an in-vehicle unit, which communicate each other for controlling vehicle equipment such as doors. The in-vehicle unit includes inside transmitters, a receiver, a comparison ECU and a display. The transmitters transmit respective request signals in a vehicle compartment. The comparison ECU determines whether any response signal has been received from the portable unit in response the request signals, while gradually varying output levels of the request signals. The comparison ECU then specifies a location of the portable unit based on a change in determination results. The display visually or audibly notifies the specified location of the portable unit to a vehicle user.
