摘要: A powered sliding device comprises wire cables (21′, 21″) provided between a sliding door (11) and a vehicle body (10), and a power unit (20) for sliding the sliding door when the wire cables are moved by the power of a motor. The power unit is provided in the inner space of the sliding door. The wire cables are composed of the door-opening cable (21′) and the door-closing cable (21″) connected to the power unit at a base end side, respectively. A front end of the door-opening cable is fixed to the vicinity of the rear end of a lower rail (14) after having passed through a lower roller bracket (18) of the sliding door, and the front end of the door-closing cable is fixed to the vicinity of the front end of a center rail (16) after having passed though a center roller bracket (19) of the sliding door.

摘要: Under a method to control a sliding speed in accordance with this invention, the motor is initially accelerated for a predetermined reference speed, and then during the initial acceleration period, if a rotational speed of the wire drum is of and above a given value, a difference between a rotational speed of the wire drum and a rotational speed of the motor is of and above a given value, and a rate of acceleration of the wire drum is of and above a given value, the rotational speed of the motor is reduced temporarily judging the slide door is in a state of abnormal acceleration, and then the motor is accelerated again at a lower rate than the initial acceleration toward the reference speed.

摘要: A wire winding apparatus winds one side of wire and simultaneously releases other side of wire by driving a winding actuator. A drive gear is disposed to rotate in an arbitrary direction when the winding actuator is driven. A pair of wire drums is disposed on both sides of the drive gear, respectively, and separately winds the one side of wire and the other side of wire in opposite directions. A rotation of the drive gear is transmitted to each of the wire drums.

摘要: A clutch mechanism of the power device includes a movable gear member which is rotated integrally with a wheel and engaged with a stationary gear member when moved in a first direction and disengaged from the stationary gear member when moved in a second direction opposite to the first direction, an armature for pushing out the movable gear member in the first direction when rotated relatively to the movable gear member, and an electromagnetic coil for applying brake resistance to the armature by attracting the armature by the magnetic force to restrict a co-rotating state of the armature and the movable gear member. The armature has a clutch holding surface for maintaining a clutch-engaged state where the movable gear member and the stationary gear member is engaged with other even when the electromagnetic coil is turned off in the clutch-engaged state.
