    摘要: A data structure of index information for retrieving pair character strings on a computer at high speed is provided. A method of retrieving a pair character strings appearing in close proximity of each other in a document using the index information at high speed is also provided. Bits of a suffix array of reference document data are rearranged, thereby creating index information LSA localizable, or usable as an index for a subregion of the document. Through use of this, a process of dichotomizing a region, where the entire document is designated as an initial region, is repeated and positions of index information for a query character string in the reference document data are gradually detailed. The distance between the pair is evaluated and candidates are narrowed down. Finally, positions where the pair character strings occur in close proximity of each other are identified.

    摘要: When an original document is placed on the lift tray, a timer is reset and starts counting a predetermined time (S12). Whether an alignment device is moved to adjust the original documents loaded on the lift tray in, for example, the widthwise direction transverse to the transportation direction is then determined (S13). If a change in the detected width of the original documents is detected (S13 returns Yes), control returns to S12 and the timer is reset and started again (S12). If there is no change in the detected width of the original documents in S13, control waits for the timer set in S12 to time out (S14). If the timer reaches the predetermined time set in S12 (S15 returns Yes), the lift tray is driven up by the lift motor (S16) and rises until the top limit sensor turns on (S17).

    摘要: A polyamide resin composition including 100 parts by weight of a resin composition containing of 20 to 80% by weight of an aromatic polyamide resin and 80 to 20% by weight of a modified polyphenylene ether resin (the total amount in % by weight of the aromatic polyamide resin and the modified polyphenylene ether resin being 100% by weight) and, incorporated in the resin composition, 0.5 to 30 parts by weight of a liquid-crystalline polymer, 0.01 to 3 parts by weight of a compatibilizing agent and 2 to 40 parts by weight of an inorganic filler and optionally a rubber component. The plate thickness of the resin molded articles may be reduced to 2 mm or less, and even further to 1 mm or less without deterioration of the properties thereof.

    摘要: A heavy-object loading jig has a slide plate provided on the upper end portion of a lifting drive means and a mounting plate for mounting a heavy object thereon. Between the slide plate and the mounting plate is disposed a rolling member which allows the mounting plate to move in any horizontal direction within a limited range. The lifting drive may include: a circular cylinder vertically extending with the upper end thereof opened; a cylindrical member which is integrally secured to the inner lower end portion of the cylinder and defines an annular cylinder chamber between the same and the inner surface of the cylinder; a ring-shaped piston slidably received in the cylinder chamber; and a cylindrical rod which is formed integral with the piston and is projected beyond the upper end of the cylinder and further has the slide plate secured to the upper end portion thereof. The rod may be provided on the upper end portion thereof with a shock absorber which is able to abut against the upper end of the cylindrical member. Further, a cam structure for guiding the mounting plate to a fixed position when it is lowered may be provided between the cylinder and the mounting plate.
