Abstract:
In a method for responding to a voice system using a mobile phone, a physical button of the mobile phone is predefined as a trigger button. When the mobile phone makes a phone call to a provider, voice messages of the provider are recorded and stored in a storage system of the mobile phone. Speech of a user of the mobile phone is recognized, a response message is acquired from the recognized speech of the user and the response message is input to the mobile phone while the trigger button keeps being pressed for a predetermined time. The voice messages stored in the storage system is recognized, a response message is acquired from the recognized voice messages, and the response message is input to the mobile phone when the trigger button is clicked.

Photosensitizers having a formula of RuL1L2 (1) are provided, wherein Ru is ruthenium; L1 and L2 are heterocyclic tridentate ligands. L1 has a formula of (2), and L2 has a formula of G1G2G3 (3), wherein G1 and G3 are selected from the group consisting of formulae (4) to (7), and G2 is selected from the group consisting of formulae (7) and (8). The above-mentioned photosensitizers are suitable to be used as sensitizers for fabrication of high efficiency dye-sensitized solar cells.

An electronic device having a temperature sensor is provided. The temperature sensor detects information of a touch operation from an object on a surface of the temperature sensor, determines if the touch operation is valid by determining if the detected information meet preset standards, and executes a corresponding command to activate an action of the electronic device, in response to a determination that the touch operation is valid.

A system and method for searching for a contact by a handheld device includes creating a face database, the face database storing face images, and association of the face images with contact information, selecting an image from a photo stored in the handheld device, locating a face in the selected image, comparing the located face with face images stored in the face database, and determining if a matched face image is found in the face database. The method further includes listing contact information associated with the matched face image, the information comprising a phone number of the contact, creating an association between the located face and a user-selected contact if no matched face image is found, and storing the located face and the association in the face database.
Abstract:
An exemplary system for testing light-emitting diodes (LEDs) on a motherboard is provided. The system typically includes: an insulating plate covered on the motherboard, configured with optical fibers for inducing beams sourced from the LEDs and transmitting the beams to a circuit board; the circuit board includes at least one photoresistor, configured for sensing the beams to obtain influence values; a computer configured for detecting whether the influence values are within a photosensitive range when the LEDs are powered on, for detecting whether resistance values of all the given number of at least one photoresistor are equal to a dark resistance when the LEDs are powered off and for reporting test results. A related method is also provided.
