    摘要: Provided is a method for channel searching for enabling a medical body area network (MBAN) terminal, which operates in an allocated frequency band, to use another frequency band. The method may comprise the steps of receiving an identifier of a specific channel group, from among a plurality of channel groups, from an MBAN coordinator in the allocated frequency band; and searching for a channel in a channel group relating to the received identifier of the channel group in a different frequency band. The identifier of the channel group indicates a channel group including channels that the terminal preferentially searches for in the other frequency band.

The method comprises the steps of: receiving a connection request message from each of a plurality of machines; grouping the plurality of machines into one or more groups; transmitting information on the group to which each machine belongs, to the machine; transmitting information on the machines belonging to each group, and control information including information on a time interval allocated to each group, to machines belonging to each group; and communicating with machines belonging to each group in a time interval allocated to each group.

The method includes: performing an association process with the MBAN terminal through a channel of a first frequency band; and transmitting control information for the channel initialization of the MBAN terminal to the MBAN terminal. The control information includes a channel defaulting timer, and a value of the channel defaulting timer indicates a time between the timing when the MBAN terminal cannot receive a signal from a channel of the first frequency band in use and the timing when the channel search of a second frequency band starts.
