摘要: Systems and techniques are disclosed for determining a health risk assessment score for a patient who did not complete a health risk assessment. In some implementations, the health risk assessment score can be determined for the patient who did not respond based on a behavior prediction score obtained for the patient who did not respond, behavior prediction scores for patients who did respond to the health risk assessment, and health risk assessment scores for the patients who did respond.

摘要: The present invention relates to chemical compounds having a general formula I wherein A, B, C1, C2, D, L1, L2 and R3-4 are defined herein, and synthetic intermediates, which are capable of modulating various protein kinase receptor enzymes and, thereby, influencing various disease states and conditions related to the activities of such kinases. For example, the compounds are capable of modulating Tie-2 and Aurora kinase enzymes thereby influencing angiogenesis and the process of cell cycle and cell proliferation, respectively, to treat cancer and cancer-related diseases. The invention also includes pharmaceutical compositions, including the compounds, and methods of treating disease states related to the activity of various protein kinases.

摘要: In one aspect, the present invention is directed to an apparatus and method for treating congestive heart failure that restores kidney renal functions by artificial perfusion of at least one kidney. In one aspect, a catheter inserted into the aorta of the patient has an outlet port that supplies the patient's blood obtained from a patient's aorta into an adjoining renal artery of the patient to perfuse the kidney. The catheter comprises a rotor housed inside a portion of the catheter to supply the blood to the kidney at a desired pressure. The restoration of kidney function assists the heart by removing excess fluid, urine and toxin from the patient, and by normalizing the patient's renin-angiotensin system and other neurohormonal substances.

摘要: System and techniques are disclosed for determining a recommended prescription. In some examples, a recommended prescription can be determined by obtaining a behavior prediction score for a patient, wherein the behavior prediction score is based at least in part on a likelihood of adherence of the patient to a prescribed treatment; and determining a recommended prescription, from various previously provided prescriptions, based on the behavior prediction score and prescription scores of the various previously provided prescriptions; and providing the recommended prescription for display. The prescription scores can indicate a likely effect of the various previously provided prescriptions on adherence.
