    摘要: A system and associated method for advanced searching of a service registry for a service description that is most closely matches a service name provided by a user. A Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) service registry system receives the service name and searches the service registry for the service description that is an exact match of the service name. Upon determining that the exact match does not exist in the service registry, the SOA service registry system generates an alternative service name list by use of a name parser, a dictionary, and a name composer of the SOA service registry system and calculates respective ranks of alternative service names. The service registry is searched pursuant to respective ranks of the alternative service names and the SOA service registry system returns the service description that is searched by a highest ranked alternative service name from the ranked alternative service name list.

When an enterprise service bus receives a service request, the enterprise service bus determines whether the service name in the request exists in a service registry. If not, the enterprise service bus parses the service name into constituent words, obtains synonyms for each constituent word, and constructs new service names using the synonyms in the same word order as the constituent words in the service name. The enterprise service bus determines whether the constructed service names exist in the registry. If so, the enterprise service bus obtains an address of a service provider application associated with the constructed service name in the registry and sends a request for the service matching the constructed service name to the service provider application.

    摘要: A high-frequency, low-profile transformer having at least one pair of magnetic poles includes a primary winding having a z-folded, continuous primary conductive film with a generally serpentine configuration disposed on a primary dielectric membrane and further includes a z-folded, continuous secondary winding constructed from a plurality of secondary conductive film portions disposed on a secondary dielectric membrane. Each of the secondary conductive film portions is configured to form a single continuous path enclosing each of the magnetic poles in such manner that each path encloses one pole of each pair of the magnetic poles of each adjacent layer of the secondary winding. Each path thus continues along a respective fold of the winding stack. The secondary winding layers are interleaved with the primary winding layers and electrically connected together. In one preferred embodiment, the transformer has two pairs of magnetic poles, and each path formed by each secondary conductive film has a shape characterized as two generally ovoid portions connected together at a relatively wide midportion. Low-resistance conductive bridges are used to electrically connect the secondary conductive film portions together along alternate folds of the winding stack.

    摘要: A discrete device in which a capacitive and inductive function has been integrated is comprised of at least two insulated amorphous ribbons which are spirally wound to form a cylindrical toroid. Each of the amorphous metal ribbons is insulated from each other ribbon by a dielectric layer and wound in a stacked configuration to provide the capacitive function. Two conductive windings are then wrapped around segments of the cylindrical toroid to provide inductive and/or transforming functions as desired. A magnetic circuit is formed through the windings by the amorphous metal ribbons. A dielectric insulating layer between the ribbons is offset from the longitudinal edge of the ribbon so that the longitudinal edge of each ribbon is exposed. One ribbon has its longitudinal edge exposed on one surface of the toroid while another ribbon has its longitudinal edge exposed on the opposing surface of the toroid. Electrical contacts are then laid across an intersecting line contacting the exposed edge of each ribbon at a plurality of points. As a result, the electrical series resistance of each ribbon within the device is minimized thereby rendering a device practical for use within a power circuit.

    摘要: A high frequency, high density, low profile magnetic circuit component includes a magnetic core having a first magnetic layer and a second magnetic layer with a conductive layer deposited therebetween, each magnetic layer being a multilayer structure comprised of alternating magnetic and insulating films. The magnetic films are anisotropic and are driven along their magnetic hard axis in order to reduce excess eddy current losses. To reduce fringing field eddy current losses, a distributed air gap is structured in the magnetic layers. The magnetic core has a distributed air gap formed therein in order to minimize eddy current losses in the conductive layer. The conductive layer has a conductive material patterned on a insulating substrate and is situated between the first and second magnetic layers such that the conductive material extends beyond the peripheries of the first and second magnetic layers, thereby maximizing the amount of magnetic material that is driven in the hard axis.
