    Abstract: In one example, a processor may receive a first request to process a first task, the first request including a first estimated central processing unit utilization for the first task and a first estimated memory utilization for the first task and receive central processing unit capacities and memory capacities of a plurality of sub-data routers including at least a first sub-data router. The processor may further determine that the first sub-data router has a lowest central processing unit capacity from among the plurality of sub-data routers that is sufficient to accommodate the first estimated central processing unit utilization for the first task and determine that the first sub-data router has a memory capacity that is sufficient to accommodate the first estimated memory utilization for the first task. The processor may then assign the first task to the first sub-data router.

    Abstract: Devices, methods, computer-readable media, and systems for determining an identity of a food are disclosed. For example, a method may receive at least one property of at least one component in a sample of a food from an intra-oral device including a spectrometer, the at least one property obtained via the spectrometer, compares the at least one property to a plurality of food signatures, and determines the identity of the food based upon the comparing. In another example, a system may include an intra-oral device and a wireless device. The intra-oral device may include a spectrometer for measuring at least one property of at least one component in a sample of a food. The wireless device may include a processor for receiving the at least one property, comparing the at least one property to a plurality of food signatures, and determining the identity of the food based upon the comparing.

    Abstract: Concepts and technologies are disclosed herein for enabling access to restricted data using geofences. A system can identify a device associated with restricted data that includes network data that law prohibits the use of for commercial purposes without authorization. The system can determine use parameters associated with the device, each of the use parameters including a device identifier, a geofence, time limits, and an indication of purposes. The system can determine if the device is at a geographic location that satisfies the location that is defined by the geofence, if the time limits associated with the geofence are satisfied, and if a purpose for which the restricted data will be used matches a one of the purposes. If the system determines that the location, time limits, and purposes are satisfied, the system can use the restricted data for the purpose.

    Abstract: A mobile communications device may determine whether to report information regarding operation of the mobile device on a mobile network. The determination may be based on a reporting parameter set by a network control device and received via a broadcast message from a radio access node. The mobile device may compare the value of the reporting parameter to a randomly generated number. Based on the comparison, the mobile device may determine whether or not to provide information regarding operation of the mobile device or the radio access node to the network control device. The network control device may adjust the value of the reporting parameter to control the likelihood that a mobile device will report.

    Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, embodiments and a method. The method includes iteratively providing messages to each Node Processor. Each Node Processor represents a node of a group of nodes. The iteratively providing of the messages comprises providing first messages. Each first message includes a cost associated with a path of nodes visited by each first message. In addition, the method includes determining paths having common endpoints among a portion of the first messages, identifying a cost for each of the paths having common endpoints, identifying a lowest cost from among the group of common endpoint costs, identifying a selected path associated with the lowest cost. A next group of messages includes the selected path. The iteratively providing of the messages results in selected paths. Also, the method include determining a target path from a remaining path. Other embodiments are disclosed.
