Abstract:
A pressure vessel (2) for the storage of fluid has a core (10) made of metal or polymer and is wrapped either completely or partially from outside with a high strength fibers (21, 22) for reinforcement wherein one of the reinforcing fibers is a metal wire (21) of a single filament or cables of multi filaments having strength from 2000 MPa to 6000 MPa. The wire has a plastic ductility of over 20% in reduction in area (RA) at tensile fracture. The metal wire (21) is made of steel or nickel or titanium or their respective alloys. The core (10) of the vessel (2) is first wrapped with a resin covered ceramic fibers such as carbon, fiberglass and subsequently wrapped with the metal wire (21) with or without other fibers (22). The metal wires (21) can be of different diameters in parallel or cabled forms.
Abstract:
A SPAM detection system is provided. The system includes a graph clustering component to analyze web data. A link analysis component can be associated with the graph clustering component to facilitate SPAM detection in accordance with the web data.
Abstract:
An inversion of the basic format of searching is provided herein. Instead of receiving a search query and providing web page results, a search engine receives a web page identifier as search input from an end user, determines related search queries for the associated web page, and provides the related search queries to the end user issuing the search. Related search queries for web pages may also be used to refine search engines performing the basic form of searching by facilitating the determination of web pages to index and the ranking of web pages as search results to user queries. Additionally, related search queries may be used in advertising revenue generation and sharing.

Abstract:
The claimed subject matter provides a system and/or a method that facilitates reducing spam in search results. An interface can obtain web graph information that represents a web of pages. A spam detection component can determines one or more features based at least in part on the web graph information. The one or more features can provide indications that a particular page of the web graph is spam. In addition, a robust rank component is provided that limits amount of contribution a single page can provide to the target page.

Abstract:
A domain-based spam-resistant ranking architecture that computes trust in a domain based on web-servers on which a domain is hosted and a set of other domains that link to the domain. The ranks of pages are computed based on how much trust there is in each domain and which pages link to it. Web documents are ranked in a spam-resistant manner by assigning uniform significance to each IP address of a network location and then assigning trust values to domains hosted on those IP addresses. Then, based on a domain graph, the invention constructs a domain-rank which is an estimate of how authoritative the domain is. The domain ranks are then used to assign a minimum rank to each document.

A strip of tire ply stock is reinforced with steel cords wherein the steel cords are constructed of high strength wire filament having at least a tensile strength of −2000 ×D+4400 MPa where D is the filament diameter in mm. Tires are constructed with the ply stock in the belt and/or carcass.

Abstract:
The pneumatic tire has a single carcass ply reinforced with parallel metallic cords, each cord composed of at least one filament having a tensile strength of at least (-2000.times.D+4400 MPa).times.95%, where D is the filament diameter in millimeters. The turnup portion of the single carcass ply 12 in the bead portion of a pneumatic tire is interposed between the bead core 11 and a toe guard 18, and the radially outer edge of each turnup portion being in contact with the main portion of the carcass ply and extending to an end point 0.5 to 4.0 inches (12.7 to 101.6 mm) radially outward of the bead core. The toe guard 18 has a first and second end and each end is disposed directly adjacent to the carcass ply. The first end 18a of the toe guard is located on the axially inner side of the main portion of the carcass ply at a location about 0.4 to 3.5 inches (10 to 89 mm) radially outward of the bead core and the second end 18b is located at a point ranging from substantially the axially outermost point of the bead core 11 to a location about 3.5 inches (89 mm) radially outward of the bead core. The first end 18a and second end 18b of the toe guard is a shorter distance from the bead core than the end point 12a of the turnup portion of the carcass ply.
