    摘要: A card game includes a deck of playing cards, an octahedral die, and spinner with a category card and timer. Each face of the octahedral die has indicia designating the dealer for the game. The spinner is divided into sections. A rotatable pointer is attached to the spinner. A category card is associated with the spinner and has verbiage describing the variants of the card game selected by the pointer. A timer controls the time of a speed hand and is started at the beginning of play of the card game. Prior to beginning of play of the card game, the octahedral die is thrown and when it had landed, the side facing up decides the dealer. Another player then spins the rotatable pointer to decide the category variant of the game to be played. Play then proceeds as with the rules of the card game.

    摘要: A packing insert is shown, which includes a first face, a second face, opposite the first face, a first side support and a second side support. The first side support is flexibly connected to the first face and the second face, preferably to one edge of each face. When not fully extended, the side supports bend inwards between the first face and the second face, and they are in positions with respect to the first face and the second face and each other such that when they are bent inwards between the first face and the second face, the first support member does not interfere with the second support member. In different arrangement, each side support includes a forward support member flexibly connected at one end to one edge of the first face and a rear support member flexibly connected at one end to one edge of the second face. The forward support member and the rear support member are rotatably connected to each other at their ends which are opposite the first face and the second face. In various forms, each side support includes a multi-position locking hinge or a cam-locking hinge or a tension spring hinge rotatably connecting the forward support member to the rear support member. The distance between the first face and the second face is adjusted by changing the angles formed by the first side support and the second side support. In one form, the first face and the second face are both substantially planar.

The apparatus includes a device which is housed in a casing (12) and comprises three polyurethane layers (15, 16, 17) each having different acoustic characteristics. A detector array (14) is located between two of the layers (15, 16). Means are also provided for clamping the device against a transducer to be tested to ensure good contact. Depending on the test mode of the transducer, either the transducer or the detector array are driven to provide signals which are detected by the other.
