Embodiments of the present invention relate to systems, methods, and computer program products for determining an offer based on a balance value of a credit account a location of a consumer having the credit account. In some embodiments, a method is provided that includes: (a) receive geographic location information associated with a mobile computing device of the consumer; (b) receive information associated with the credit account of the consumer, wherein the consumer is a holder of the credit account; (c) determine a balance value of the credit account of the consumer; and (d) determine an offer to present to the consumer based at least partially on the balance value of the credit account and a determined location of the consumer.

Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods and computer program products for balancing a load of financial transaction channels. Embodiments determine that the customer is traveling to or is currently located in proximity to a financial institution physical location; determine load information for at least two interaction paths associated with the financial institution physical location; compare the load information for the interaction paths; determine, based on the comparison of the load information for the interaction paths, an interaction path to recommend to the customer; and provide, to the customer, information associated with the recommended interaction path. In some cases, the load information includes a capacity percentage corresponding to the capacity of the interaction path with respect to a predetermined full capacity for each of the interaction paths.

Systems, methods and computer programs provide for implementing a mobile communication device, such as a smart telephone or the like, as a point of transaction for in-store purchases, such that all a customer needs to do is capture the coded indicia of products they desire (i.e., scan the products) with their mobile communication device as they shop and the purchase transaction will subsequently occur based on either the customer (in possession of the mobile communication device) being physically located in a designated area of the store or the lapse of a predetermined period of time from when the coded indicia was captured.

Systems, methods, and computer program products provide for notifying service customers of a verified period of time which a service provider has been located at a service location and, based on the notification, initiate payment, and in some embodiments, automated payment, to the service provider for the services rendered. As service customers are not required to be present when service is provided or at least upon completion of the service. Moreover, the remote service customer can be assured that a service provider was present at a verified location for a specified period of time, and, based on the assurance, initiate payment to the service provider.
Abstract:
Systems, methods and computer programs provide for automated initial and final payment for an activity based on determining the location of an activity participant's mobile communication device. The described embodiments provide for the activity participant to automatically pay for the activity based on their presence at the activity location and agreement to participate. As such, the need to check-in and/or pay for the activity at a conventional payment counter is eliminated. Further, the invention provides for an automatic final payment to be made at the conclusion of the activity as opposed to having to pre-pay for the activity prior to conducting the activity. By remitting final payment at the completion of the activity, activity pricing can be accurately determined based on the amount and/or time of the activity in which the activity participant participated.

According to one embodiment, an apparatus may store a document associated with a user. The apparatus may further receive a transaction associated with the user and associate the document with the transaction. The apparatus may then initiate a communication session associated with the transaction between the user and a participant. The apparatus may assign a task to the participant so that the participant is responsible for performing the task in order for the transaction to be resolved.

Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for providing a record of an interactive conference, such as a video conference. The systems, methods, and computer program products determine that an operative connection has been established between a user device of a user and a system associated with a representative of a financial institution, such that the user and the representative are conducting a conference; identify a document referenced during the conference; capture at least a portion of the conference in a record; associate the document with the record; and store the record. Customers of financial institutions desire to have records of their interactions with representatives of the financial institution and the embodiments of this invention assist the customer in maintaining and organizing those records.

Systems, methods, and computer program products for adaptively scaffolding of levels of connectivity between one or more customer devices during customer service conference are provided. The system includes various applications and features executable on a computing and/or mobile computing device. The system includes a user interface configured to present tools and features that allows a customer, during a digital conference with a bank representative, to manipulate the channels of communication, levels of connectivity or other features of the digital conference. In some instances, a scaffolding application on the bank's server may be provided to dynamically adjust the levels of connectivity and/or channels of communication of an ongoing digital conference session between a customer and a bank representative based on prior conferences involving the customer and/or a bank representative. As such, the system allows for self-directed and/or computer-aided adjustment of levels of connectivity during a conference.

According to some embodiments, a system comprises an interface and one or more processors. The interface receives a request to display a giving plan associated with a donor. The processors determine beneficiaries and assets of the donor. The processors also determine an allocation plan that associates one or more of the assets with one or more of the beneficiaries. The interface displays the giving plan comprising a graphical representation of the beneficiaries and a relative value of the assets associated with each beneficiary based on the allocation plan. The giving plan also comprises interactive features that facilitate modifying the graphical representation in order to visualize a potential change to the allocation plan.
