Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of biochip detection, and provides a biochip detection method, a biochip detection device, and an biochip detection apparatus. The biochip detection method includes: introducing a to-be-tested sample into a biochip, the biochip including a plurality of micro-reaction chambers; performing PCR amplification on the to-be-tested sample in the biochip; irradiating the biochip with excitation light rays at different intensities, and collecting images of the biochip under the excitation light rays at different intensities, the excitation light rays being used to excite a fluorescent probe in the to-be-tested sample to emit light; performing data processing on the collected images to obtain the quantity of positive micro-reaction chambers; and calculating the quantity of copies of the to-be-tested sample in accordance with the quantity of positive micro-reaction chambers.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a phase shifting device, a driving method thereof, and an antenna. The phase shifting device of the present disclosure includes: data lines, scan lines and phase shifting units. Each phase shifting unit includes: a switch sub-circuit and a phase shifter. Control terminals of the switch sub-circuits in a same row are coupled to a same scan line, first terminals of the switch sub-circuits in a same column are coupled to a same data line, and a second terminal of each switch sub-circuit is coupled to a phase shifter included in the phase shifting unit to which the switch sub-circuit belongs. Each switch sub-circuit is configured to transmit, in response to a switch control signal provided by the scan line, a data voltage signal provided by the data line to the phase shifter to drive the phase shifter.

Abstract: A phased array antenna, a scanning method therefor, and an antenna system. The phased array antenna comprises a plurality of antenna elements and a liquid crystal phase shifter used for performing phase calibration on the plurality of antenna elements. The scanning method comprises: applying a first wave control voltage to the liquid crystal phase shifter, and detecting first received signal level values received by the plurality of antenna elements; and continuously adjusting the first wave control voltage by means of an artificial intelligence algorithm, and detecting second received signal level values received by the plurality of antenna elements, until the ratios of the first received signal level values to the second received signal level values are greater than or equal to a first threshold.
